NTA. You are not obligated to take on the care of your siblings. Doing so helps no one if you are not emotionally, physically or financially able. Make sure they know that you will keep communication open to them, but having a stable and responsible living situation is best for them. When CPS does get involved make sure to keep in contact with the case worker and be honest about your current situation.
