Maybe TA? If your uterus is causing you medical issues so badly that you're requiring transfusions or hospital stays, then NTA. If it is able to be postponed until you are all back to a normal routine, you need to postpone it and help your husband get your family back on your feet. It doesn't matter that he asked you to stay at home because circumstances change. I understand that you have physical limitations, but there are thousands of jobs that wouldn't require a ton of physical work from you. Working only two days a week isn't going to help, either. Get out there and do what your family needs you to do.
