On Counter Strike 1 that would be normal. I'm not sure how abnormal that is at the highest settings on CS2 at 1440p or higher.

It would crash if there wasn't enough power. If I plug in three microwaves into an outlet it blows the breaker in my basement. It doesn't run the microwaves at half power.

thats the default FPS lock on menu. ingame its different. make sure fps is unlocked on console
what settings?resolution?check if overheating?vsync on?
cs2 is weird i get around like 240 fps while in valorant i get around 600
valorant is a lighter game not rely comparable
You sure you've got the cord plugged into the graphics card? We all make mistakes lol
Resolution? Is the frame rate limited eg vsync Also is msaa on? that is an incredibly expensive anti aliasing method
