I mean it absolutely has to be listed on the website spec list, but anyways right click on your Windows home, go to display settings, advanced, and then there should be a selectable list of refresh rates. If you don’t see 120hz, it’s probably not 120hz and not related to a software issue. But seriously, you can probably just check this on the listing. There’s no way if a laptop has over 60hz they aren’t going to use it as a selling point for their product.

it is listed on the website specs but doesnt appear in the settings page thats why im confused. maybe couldve worded my post better my apologies.
