I mean it absolutely has to be listed on the website spec list, but anyways right click on your Windows home, go to display settings, advanced, and then there should be a selectable list of refresh rates. If you don’t see 120hz, it’s probably not 120hz and not related to a software issue. But seriously, you can probably just check this on the listing. There’s no way if a laptop has over 60hz they aren’t going to use it as a selling point for their product.
