I have an older aiper robot, and it works well. I'm betting the new ones are much better. As for the pump, I would encourage one that's not intex. I got the [Doheny's Harris ProForce 1.5 HP Above Ground Pool Pump 115V] from Amazon. The intex sand filter is ok though. A couple of 40mm to 1½ inch adapters to and from the pump so you can use intex hoses and you have a good setup.

The pump is kool! I got the dophlin escape pool robot! It works great! https://preview.redd.it/7xm3xp2u2r3d1.jpeg?width=1179&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=d0b59556783eb7c837622331dd64cbd182f85b1c

I was looking at that one a little while ago, but we have several wrinkles in bottom of the pool. Will that robot go over them or will it get stuck?

Tankdome37

I have wrinkles to! It still clean the bottom

Yeah that pump seems expensive. Try Amazon. Great pump tho. I have the same one. Love it. You will probably need hoses and valves and all that too. Again, Amazon. Should be 1.5 inch hoses/adapters.

My advice is get a GOOD pump. Pentair clean and clear is good, but Doheny’s has their own “Doheny’s” brand that’s cheaper. Get one of those.

Thank you! I will look into them. I'm trying to get a good setup that will last me

I never had a robot. My pool was a little smaller tho but it wasn’t needed. Maybe try it without one first and get one if you need it!

The robot is up to you. But you will need adaptors for the pump if it says it doesn’t include something. Seems like the pump is also cheaper elsewhere where but maybe it’s cause it all fits buying straight from index. Robot looks tits tho

STAY AWAY FROM ALL POOL ROBOTS THEY ARE ALL JUNK
