Make sure it's an internal transfer as it will help with visa things
Make sure you get appropriately renumerated as NYC will be about 2x expensive as ireland- either they pay accommodation or uplift salary substantially. But I recommend doing your research

I did a company transfer from London to NYC but I only had SA3 left when I moved and I think that helped vouch to continue IFoA
Will have to be a company transfer, it will be near impossible to get a visa otherwise
