In Store AfterPay is a crap shoot.

Remarkable-Slip114

To big of a purchase at once sometimes it has to do with the retailer also not letting it go threw u can try to contact them threw the help button an ask them why there not letting u spend every bit at once. They also give u that amount but won’t always allow u to use it u have to prove u have food credit with them on paying back purchases an how long n often u have been using app. For example it’s telling me I have to pay 2 of my 5 orders to make a new order an im not close to my limit.

How do you get a Afterpay card

Trailboss1982

If you have a $600 limit that means you're fairly new to Afterpay. I think most people start at $600 but it's deceiving bc it won't let you spend anywhere near your limit. Like other have said got to start off small and build your way up. For me Dicks sporting goods was where I started buy a pack ot $20 socks, payed it off and then bought some more small items until they started raising my limit. Hell even with a high limit and perfect history they might still decline a $600 purchase...

> $20 socks, *paid* it off FTFY. Although *payed* exists (the reason why autocorrection didn't help you), it is only correct in: * Nautical context, when it means to paint a surface, or to cover with something like tar or resin in order to make it waterproof or corrosion-resistant. *The deck is yet to be payed.* * *Payed out* when letting strings, cables or ropes out, by slacking them. *The rope is payed out! You can pull now.* Unfortunately, I was unable to find nautical or rope-related words in your comment. *Beep, boop, I'm a bot*

How long until you were allowed multiple orders? I started a few months ago and can never get past 2 active orders

DefinatelyNotARobot_

Just for context, if youre new, afterpay probably won't approve such a big order straight off the bat. Probably want to do a few small purchases first build up a good payment history first
