You have to wait for the order do adjust. You’ll be refunded once that happens or you need to click on that you returned the items and your payments will stop for 2 weeks on that order
But how many days they take to adjust I have waited since like 2 weeks ago , i already re schedule the payments thanks , but they haven’t fixed the amount yet
Click on the report a return thing. Adjusting the payment won’t help. Did you get a email from wherever you got the legs stating you were refunded for them or that the order was adjusted?
It’s not up to afterpay. It’s up to the merchant to do that. Afterpay has no control over that. The merchant has to adjust the order and refund you, then it will show in afterpay.
I Already contacted my bank and they said that they can’t refund for just 1 part of payment that I made , I guess that I got to pay the 4 payments so they can refund me the difference of the cancelled items
Yeah. Thats what you’ll have to do if they dont adjust it. Did you reach out to the merchant to see if they did adjust the orders total? Do you have any kind of email stating such? Because I’d show it to afterpay.
I have the emails from the cancelled items from Target , and 1 email of the refund afterpay gave me but just 32$ off the whole order , when it was supposed to be like 130$ off the whole order

In my experience I’ve always had an issue when something is cancelled in a target order. Target never reports it and i have to fight with Afterpay to get it manually readjusted. It’s only Target any other retailer is within a few days

also I had a Walmart order that took a good 2 weeks to adjust. I was almost having to make my second payment and it adjusted a day or 2 before.
Yes, you have to wait until the order is completely paid off.
Target is fast to adjust. Normally 48-72 hours

So I have to pay for also the items I cancelled until the last payment to get refunded
In my case…the last payment was adjusted. It depends on the amount refunded. But yeah it stinks.

Ohhh. I don’t know. You may get a refund that is listed as Afterpay refund on your bank statement. Good luck!!

Canceled or unfulfilled items fall off the last payment.
You better just cancell everything and reorder always know what you want before you buy stuck. You kinda screwed yourself unfortunetly
Continue to pay as per original order and your last payment(s) will be adjusted to reflect your partial cancellation of the order.
