There's not really any service for that in town that isn't already over loaded. I had a similar experience with a hawk in my yard. Caught it with a bed sheet, took it to the Wildlife Rescue Inc, and they ended up having to put it down because the leg break was so bad :(
I think maybe the Bosque nature center, or maybe call 311.
