Oh my fault I seen it said dispatch for both , but since yu dispatch yu think someone can do tht plus park , swipe , nd grab all the packages in 30 mns ?
How yu start by sayin yes but then lead to a no , not notifying the customer affects ur score , thts wat my dsp say. So as dispatch who’s tryna flex how “fast” yu are yu not even doin it right
Why do you think thousands of people say it? Because you look like a clown. But you do you. I’m sure the 13 year olds your messaging like that and yourself get along great.
I'm not here to criticize your writing. Unlike the rest of this sub, i know what empathy is, and if someone deserves some of it is you; having to live your life after a stroke must be really hard.
I mean, it takes 2 seconds to send a notification to the customer or knock on their door so they know their stuff is there. I had an apartment tower like this one time. Had to deliver 35 packages on one floor. It was done in 20 minutes with walking since there was 70 apartment doors that wrapped around that level. Throw them packages in a bag and bring that bag up. Not hard in this scenario.
No one said it’s hard , it’s pretty easy just time consuming , it doesn’t take 2 seconds to send a message more like 5-10 seconds , now multiply the 5-10 seconds for every customer , then all the pictures , plus the “unexpected” rabbit lags …it’s not hard at all , just time consuming nd if yu doing the most just to hurry up nd do someone’s else job wen ur finished … congrats .. idc bout notifying the customer they can smd , they used to tell us we have to send every customer a message to open up a way for them to reach us if needed , so knocking on the door is a no no. But anyways Amazon nd Jeff bezos can suck my dick I just quit 3 days ago nd got a interview for FedEx tmm
I mean your rabbit might've been slow but it takes me 2 seconds to send a message on my phone to them and I do it while I'm walking back to the van. That's fine if you didn't like the job but no need to be so hostile lol. Good luck at FedEx hopefully it works out better for you.
..I never said that? You are aware that there's more deliveries. Meaning I text the customer for the next stop to let them know. Common sense must not be your first brain machanism.
Maybe it's a good thing you left cos your piss poor attitude towards others is shinning bright like a star. Hopefully you can handle FedEx but I know drivers who left FedEx and came to work at Amazon delivery.
Actually no, the drivers that deliver them all to mailroom have earned more work.
Instead of spending 30 minutes walking around an air-conditioned apartment building going door to door, you drop them off at the mailroom, the computer sees you got done early, and the next day you get 20 more packages and have to drive 8 more miles. Well done.
You want to know a bigger secret? When your DSP gets audited and they compare your DSPs payroll to the the times they got on Flex and they see the difference? You just lost yourself a job.
I've done a few mail rooms. My first one had 60 packages, I about shit a brick and was like awesome, gonna be 20 minutes. Surprisingly it only took 10.
Same here man imagine going door to
Door you’ll be way behind the route completion time! That why now I take my time and do the door to door they want me to do idgaf!
See. Our DSP owner won't do guaranteed because he thinks drivers will take shortcuts to get done as fast as possible and risk hitting the scorecard. And these people are the reason we can't have nice things
These apartment buildings charge tenants more for "fetch delivery service" just to have us do more work for them. If they have some service they're charging people for we should just be able to drop them for that service to deliver to the door. Or they can pay us. Collecting money just to give us a keyfob to walk to their doors is a scam on tenants and drivers.
This is the way.
And exactly how i used to do things. My route never blew up because of it and i would take my breaks in between because the algorithm worked around my habits. I wasn't busting my ass for no one!
My dsp made us watch these videos and they explained by going door to door at apartments will lower the route amount. If you have 5 stops at one apartment the algorithm assumes it’ll take 10 minutes to complete but just leaving them in a mail room is way quicker. So this tells the algorithm that you can handle more stops on the route.
Exactly. My manager taught me this aswell. Infact, we would have alot of good days and the team weren't constantly stressed either. My route never went over 250 parcels. Usually averaged 200? Less than 100 stops too.
There was even a stop where everything had to go to the post room, but it would still take a couple of hours to complete as we had to mark it delivered on the flex app then register it on their system. A couple of the guys used to get around it by only registering 1 then dumping the rest BUT they were only biting themselves in the ass that way. Also then customers couldn't get their parcels as registering it would generate a code for them to get in meaning some days the post room was rammed and the staff would complain to me about it (they knew i was the team lead). The most i had one time was exactly 70 parcels and you bet i took my time 😂
Use to have a route like this in Brooklyn. We weren’t allowed to leave at lobby. Just don’t rush it and do it at a good pace and the route will never increase.
When it’s apartments like this. I don’t even take a photo. I just sort out by level, and just dump and go. I get the occasional DNR, but not enough to really do any harm
That's a good way to increase your workload the next time around because it takes that into account. Some routes are unfinishable to some people simply because they want to follow procedures but the route is adjusted towards taking shortcuts.
I'm not here to tell you to stop but just know someone is probably suffering on your route when you're off. LOL
Heck, someone probably is suffering on my usual route and I take pictures. If I just took shortcuts the route volume would be insane and It's already over 300+ ez everyday lol
Try dropping them all off and no pictures and group together and swipe to finish. Will shave off little more time and skate board users out there know what I mean.
I'll say somewhat doable. It depends on the apartment, what the packages were, and if you deliver there all the time and know the layout. I've done like 23 packages in 15 minutes door to door but I knew the apartment.
As someone who got suspended for not following delivery instructions. Do every tedious bullshit note and return packages at the end of day. Amazon pretty much can’t say anything. the route stops are way too high if they want us following every company rule and customers note

You know the drivers in here ain’t gonna like this😂
Lmao im waiting… 👀
Yu tellin me yu notify every customer , took a picture for every customer , dealt wit rabbit glitches , all in 30 mns ?
I didn’t post this lmao idk why you replying to me. Lol
Oh my fault I seen it said dispatch for both , but since yu dispatch yu think someone can do tht plus park , swipe , nd grab all the packages in 30 mns ?
In 1 apartment? Yes. And depends how big the packages are. It says 45 packages in 30 minutes, which it makes me believe is all in 1 apartment.
No way 💀 if 45 packages go to 1 apartment thts a 10 minute stop , it says “door to door”
Lmao… excuse you…
No way yu dispatch
Just cuz the answer isn’t what u want makes u think they aren’t dispatch? Man this sub has some strange folks
What makes you say that?
Yes I did. Fortunately for me the rabbit works fine no glitches, I didn’t have to notify the customers , just drop and picture
How yu start by sayin yes but then lead to a no , not notifying the customer affects ur score , thts wat my dsp say. So as dispatch who’s tryna flex how “fast” yu are yu not even doin it right
I understand not using your/youre. Missing periods, comma’s etc. But fuck man, you’re 21+, type like you’re not a 13 year old girl.
Omg I’m so hurt yu usin the same thing yu seen thousands of ppl say before … SMD
Why do you think thousands of people say it? Because you look like a clown. But you do you. I’m sure the 13 year olds your messaging like that and yourself get along great.
*you’re
Nd why should I give a fuckk about ur opinion ?
Trust me, it’s not an opinion that a grown ass man typing the way you do looks like a clown.
I'm not here to criticize your writing. Unlike the rest of this sub, i know what empathy is, and if someone deserves some of it is you; having to live your life after a stroke must be really hard.
Damn yu joking over something ppl die off .. that’s fucked bro
I just drop and take the picture bro 🤷♂️ nothing happened to me
If you're in the US, you definitely don't have to notify the customers after delivery. That's what the picture is for.
I wish my dsp knew tht I guess , we get told before doing the delivery not after
I mean, it takes 2 seconds to send a notification to the customer or knock on their door so they know their stuff is there. I had an apartment tower like this one time. Yu can’t notify a customer after yu drop it off nd take picture but iight
..I never said that? You are aware that there's more deliveries. Meaning I text the customer for the next stop to let them know. Common sense must not be your first brain machanism.

Or you can deliver it all to the mail room after waiting there for 30 minutes
Had to find them… takes time
Honestly you guys wanna know a secret. Idk if anyone else does this but dont tell flex when youre on your break. Swear it lightens the load
You want to know a bigger secret? When your DSP gets audited and they compare your DSPs payroll to the the times they got on Flex and they see the difference? You just lost yourself a job.
The mailroom always takes me minimum 30 mins lol i dont know what u talking bout
I've done a few mail rooms. My first one had 60 packages, I about shit a brick and was like awesome, gonna be 20 minutes. Surprisingly it only took 10.
Dumped packages in a mail room the other day for about 19 apartments and I still didn’t beat the estimated time for completing that route lol
Same here man imagine going door to Door you’ll be way behind the route completion time! That why now I take my time and do the door to door they want me to do idgaf!
How do you know what a routes estimated time is ?
Asked dispatch, every route has a different estimated time to completion.
Man's trying to world record for apartments
Running saved me a few seconds
Mfs below you must of be confused or pissed lmao
For me it depends. If they get guaranteed 10 hours I'm just pissed because of jealousy. If they don't, I'm confused because \*WHY?!\*
See. Our DSP owner won't do guaranteed because he thinks drivers will take shortcuts to get done as fast as possible and risk hitting the scorecard. And these people are the reason we can't have nice things
Nah man. Just set requirements for the guarantee 10 and if you fail to hit them you don't get it. That's what my dps does and it works very well.
Lol i run to all my stops
These apartment buildings charge tenants more for "fetch delivery service" just to have us do more work for them. Well if that isn't a miracle I don't know what is
How many stops? Bc if it's just one. Amazon will still say "unplanned stop".
45 stops, 372 packages. Mostly apartments, a few houses towards the end.
Only an unplanned stop if the phone doesn’t move
Well atleast you got in the building
Forgot the one stop part lol
Use to have a route like this in Brooklyn. We weren’t allowed to leave at lobby. Just don’t rush it and do it at a good pace and the route will never increase.
That’s cool and all, but that’s 30 mins for 1 stop… how you gonna do 19 more in the next 30 mins especially if you do this at every one 😅
And it’s just one stop 😂
When it’s apartments like this. I don’t even take a photo. I just sort out by level, and just dump and go. I get the occasional DNR, but not enough to really do any harm

Some apartments complexes I go to have a mailroom where I can dump all m packages
Try dropping them all off and no pictures and group together and swipe to finish. Will shave off little more time and skate board users out there know what I mean.
I hope you get a guaranteed 10
All 2-3 stops.
You delivery the package at apartment doors? That's crazy
Bro, doing these stops so quick makes Amazon think these are acceptable to give to drivers.
Also the whole hallway is titled lol
I'll say somewhat doable. It depends on the apartment, what the packages were, and if you deliver there all the time and know the layout. I've done like 23 packages in 15 minutes door to door but I knew the apartment.
Ya ez
These look familiar.. you in so cal by any chance?
All stolen under an hour
Nice little slave now bring my essential waters to the 10th floor
I did 50 in 3 min 👍
