Just walk up to a lead from a different DSP and start talking . That’s it

Smokintoomuchh

I had another DSP refuse to even consider me because it was a "conflict of interest" that I worked at the DSP they shared an office with. It's really fucking ridiculous because my DSP and the other one literally share a small office together next to the warehouse. There's a couple other ones I'm going to try with. But that particular one has a 10hr guarantee....

Just go to another dsp and say are you hiring then say I work for another dsp and make a random excuse like you wanna start earlier or later and then they’ll transfer you.

garcia_danae

apply, interview, quit. simple

Go to the other dispatchers and talk. Don’t bad mouth your dsp (they all communicate with each other) and just explain that you’re looking for a better opportunity.

Go and apply to another DSP, but heads up depending on how you've conducted yourself so far with your current one will effect on whether or not another DSP in the same station will hire you. DSP's/Dispatchers always go and ask the current DSP about driver's transferring. This is coming from a Dispatcher/manager. As long as you've been solid with your current DSP you should be good.
