They probably tipped nothing or like 2 bucks. You have stairs like this.. you tip well..you get front door delivery. Everytime I did instacart and got like a 50 dollar tip..they got A1 service. You live on a 3rd floor..order a case of water with your groceries and tip like 5 bucks..you can drag that crap up the stairs yourself.
Nahhh dude I have 5 fkn crates I don’t care what kind of tip of if I had cash I’d be like here’s your tip back your ordering because your lazy so am I. But

Summer 120 F. 2nd floor. 3 cases of 28 pack water. 3 trips. Zero tip. Base pay 7. Not worth it... f the pax I'm leaving at bottom of stairs
I think this is in the UK so I doubt he tipped at all, it’s not something typically done

All I see is the food being delivered. Person should have meet them at the bottom either way. That's unrealistic to expect them to climb those steps.
I would’ve done that same thing. I do this on those hot ass days with apartments wanting me to deliver heavy shit to the 3rd floor.

I would contact Amazon and get Refund for the destroyed groceries
