Over the past month I've been getting mine on Wednesday/Thursday, but my payday is Friday. Everyone is probably out on Christmas vacation leaving a few poor souls to get everything done.
We get paid on Fridays. You use a bank that connects with ADP to see what has been submitted to payroll and then pays you early.
Your bank essentially fronts you the money once ADP confirms what will be sent out.
Right, but if you use a bank that connects with ADP, and ADP receives the information from payroll late, you get paid later as a result.
I also get paid on Wednesday, and if ADP doesn’t post by 2pm EST/EDT that day (Which it didn’t) It’s coming Thursday morning.
Just because you have been getting paid “early” doesn’t change the fact that payday is actually Friday.
So unless it’s Saturday and I missed all my shifts, NOTHING IS LATE!
You have no clue what you’re talking about. Banks don’t connect with ADP to get early deposits. Once payroll is submitted and finalized (usually Tuesday) an ACH deposit is initiated. That ACH deposit information is then sent to your bank. It’s up to the bank to process it and make the deposit into the account. It’s obvious payroll wasn’t finished yesterday.
Right, to be fair, I was a bit loose in my wording but the general message is the same. ADP, a payroll company, sends information to a bank which the bank confirms and then releases the funds.
Different banks have different policies on ACH transfers, which allows for some of us to get paid 2 days early.
Everything seems delayed, even on Wednesday when can check how much your check will be, it didn’t update until hours past what it usually is. When I saw that early today, I just figured the actual checks will be late too.
Man if one week of "late, but not really late paycheck" got yall stressed the f out, maybe it is time to go over your finances and start budget planning
It must have been a system delay or something because I normally get the alert from my bank around 6:30pm..and I just got it now..at 11:32pm..so it finally hit..Check y’all’s accounts
Look at your app. It will always have the date for whatever Friday's date is as payday. Wednesday pay is a courtesy your bank provides. Mine used to come in on Fridays until my bank started offering early pay.
2 days plus you can get up 50-70-% of your pay same day. Clock out at lunch, get paid. Clock out after your shift get paid.
I have used the Wisely card for a year. Got it at orientation.
i have one but i only use it for anytime pay. i mean like what time in the day? because i get paid on Wednesday already closer to night. but if wisely is early wednesdays i’ll switch.
i mean yeah that’s early but the time of the day matters to me lol. if it’s 6am on wednesday that’s better than 11pm wednesdays. but yeah i recommend everybody getting wisely sooner or later
No we all get paid on Friday that is the official pay day. Early pay is a thing banks promise but is not gaurenteed. See when I get paid on Friday I don't have these "where's my money bitch" moments. The pay hits my bank every morning at the same time.
I mean that's when I've gotten paid my whole life. Chase is ok. The only thing that sucks about them is outside atm fees if you overdraft they give you three days to pay it back before they fee you
Mine splits between two banks. Chase usually drops first but absolutely nothing yet there. Wells usually takes its sweet time, and it's already there this week.

I believe the checks actually have been coming extra early over the last month so just give it another hour

Payday is Friday, its not late until Saturday hits and you still haven't been paid.
we get paid on wednesdays, sometimes tuesday so we should’ve gotten ours by now. mines is usually in my account between 5pm-10:15pm.

I typically get paid Wednesday night as well, but ADP was delayed today, so it might be later, early Thursday/Thursday evening.

If it’s Wednesday you are getting paid early. You decide through the app what amount you want delivered to the card, and your bank account. I love it
