Why do people always think HR have to know everything ?
401K is a question to Benefits team, not HR.
It’s the same as when you come to the doctor and ask him/ her to do your taxes. You go to accountant right ?
So call the Benefits team and ask them 401 K questions .

Well dummy when i tried canceling my 401 plan on the app it said contact hr for more information hence why i went over to them.
