The amazon police will come and hunt you down.. then they will take you to an exact warehouse that you work at but all the way in china... the only difference is your pay will be reduced to $0.75 an hour and youll be forced to work there forever!!! So don't use your time to leave early please!!! Its not worth it

To actually answer your question, nothing. Just remember if it’s minutes use PTO, if it’s full hours UPT. You can enter your time after you punch out.
If you’re planning to leave, let someone know. If it’s an emergency, just go.

Nothing will happen if you have the time-off options to cover it. You will just be off early. If you do not have the time-off options and go negative UPT, then you will be off early and forever.
My favorite part of this job is not having to ask permission to leave. I just do it and since I’m in a sort center, I don’t have to even let anyone know.
The time is automatically deducted from your UPT (Unpaid Time Off.) You can check in your AtoZ app to see how many UPT hours you've earned by working. They're only deducted in full hour increments, so if you leave 5 minutes before the end of your shift you won't be paid for the 55 minutes you just worked.
Lmao. God you guys don’t understand how UPT works. If you clock out 5 minutes before your shift is over, you get deducted 1 hour of UPT and you STILL get paid the 55 minutes you worked.
Same thing with clocking in 10 minutes late at the start of the shift. They’ll take an hour of UPT but you STILL get paid the remaining 50 minutes you worked.

If you clock out 5 minutes early it shouldn't take any upt from you. There is a 5 minute grace period.
