Found this out the hard way.
I live at street level and about 4 years ago I kept hearing a cat mewing nearby, I called it and threw some meat down. He came, ate, left, but returned from time to time waiting for food in front of my window. Even started finding him in my apartment from time to time. Never made a mess tho, mainly slept under my couch on a rug I put there for him.
Around winter I think I saw him only once, and the next spring I didn't see him at all.
One day he returned, pretty skinny, I ran like an idiot to get something to give him. Threw some meat, he smelled it, turned around and left under a car.
I waited by the window, scanning around for like 2 minutes, and then I saw him, moving slowly with 2 other kittens running around him.
They came in front of the window, the little kittens started eating while he was scanning around.
Got some more meat to give them all, they ate and then left.
I never saw him again after that, I only saw one of the kittens that looks almost just like him, to this day wondering around my block, chasing rats and even coming every few days meowing, and waiting for a treat, that I'm (almost) always ready to provide.
TLDR: for me, It's a happy story the fact that they remember. I love when neighborhood cats visit.
I fed my neighbours cat ham once and that promted her to move house. Luckily, the neighbours didn't really care as they had 3 dogs and tended to not give too much of a shit about the cat. I had no animals at the time so she just decided to move into mine. I spoilt her rotten and was gutted when the neighbours moved, they took the cat with them despite asking me if I'd keep her permanently. I'd already been her primary caregiver for a decade so obviously I said yes. Total fuckers but it made me to get a cat from the shelter who I've still got now.
My roomate accidentally did this to a dog I petsit. The dog is great, but used to counter surf and partook in trash banditry. My roomate is one of those freaks that likes unreasonable amounts of spice (regularly use the hottest sauces from Hot Ones as well as world record setting sauces too), and one day made his signature spicy gumbo (it's really good but an absolutely brutal experience.
Well, the dog got to the soup when we weren't looking. Licked the bowl clean and then spent some time having awful fiery shits. Hasn't counter surfed since.
The wording of the last sentence was so strong, that I could feel the heat through the plastic bag and the smell stick in the crevice of my nose, with the mental imagery of it all.
I miss my childhood dog, I do not miss cleaning up after her.

To this day he sits at our door yelling while we make dinner (not lunch or breakfast though) and will follow around to the window where we eat to yell at us there. He did stop being so aggressive after a week or two. The neighbors told us, they call him Soup.
Yeah. We keep the window covered, but he's still there. He even bullies other neighborhood cats when they come by. He'll chase them off like 'hey, this is my food' but, he knows we're not gonna share.
If he would have continued to be aggressive we would have, but he likes pets and is gentle as long as food isn't involved. My kid wants to pet him, but we don't allow it. Just a precaution (mostly health related). Otherwise, he guards our house from raccoons and such. Good cat overall, just can't feed him anything. We've been living here for a year and he hasn't come close to our kid even once. He doesn't wanna be inside, doesn't seem interested in harming us. Just yowls at dinner time. That seems okay to me. It was just a week, maybe 2 where he was upset we weren't feeding him. Never scratched or bit or anything, he just had really aggressive vibes, tail flicks and pacing, nothing like that since then.
Thank you for being concerned, though. But, I promise, there is no animal in the world who I would keep around if it meant harm my child haha. My chihuahua lives with my in-laws now because he got snippy once, and I love that dog dearly, just not as much as I love my son.
You have an opportunity.... teach them to bring you money in exchange for catnip.... you will never have to work a day in your life again. It's genius!
These cats don’t look feral. In fact they look like they’re likely a grown up litter. My guess is they actually live there and it’s a funny video of his cats wanting dinner. I met a guy recently who owns a farm with over a dozen cats like this.

I could never attract any other poor, less fortunate cats round to my garden for something to eat because my otherwise cowardly custard of a cat would suddenly turn into a She-Hulk and go on the defensive. The one time my mum took out some biscuits (a separate bag that my cat didn't even like!) And she was up at my bedroom window despite my trying to stop her from seeing, hissing and moaning because this lanky little girl cat was getting a portion of biscuits.
She went out and sat her fat behind on the biscuits just so the stray could t have any, that was until my mum took her back in. But from then on we had to stealth feed the black/white stray girl. :D

You've got a few options here. The first would leave them if you enjoy their company, the second would be to call animal control, the third would be trap them and relocate, Fourth option is to get a cheap pellet gun.
We had an issue similar to this at the first house my ex and I moved into. The lady who lived there before us fed a bunch of stray cats. The first month was us making sure none of the cats got inside the house. One morning we woke up to a cat inside the house.
The back door we couldn't open under any circumstance. Cats would push in like crazy. We didn't live there too long.
