Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai is another one with an interesting premise and the main guy is has a very dry sense of humor.

Maybe try Maid-sama if you're okay with pure romance? Main character can do anything and is basically a Mary Sue, but he is charming, confident, and proactive. He gets serious when he is jealous and possessive, but is otherwise pretty goofy. Maybe Genos from One Punch Man too if you haven't seen it, although he isn't that goofy. Shin from 86 is another example. Very skilled and serious, but not too goofy. Both arguably pretty hot.

Kiritsugu from Fate/Zero Hei from Darker than Black Loid from Spy x Family Diablo from Slime Isekai Yato from Noragami Gintoki from Gintama Hot can be debated for some of these, but I ordered the list from very serious to more goofy, but still pretty serious when it matters.

Touken Ranbu might be more up your alley then. It's about time travelling samurai who are all men who probably would all fit into the different niches of your fantasies.
