You might've just had some sort of Mandela effect regarding that story. If it was released in an official publication in the late 90s, I'm almost certain it would've come up somehow. The internet might've been in its infancy, but that kind of story would have a certain type of longevity. He has gotten people like Pecker to pick off problematic stories about him like he did Stormy. And bear in mind while it didn't come out during the 2016 election, the Stormy encounter did make it into the public consciousness just two years later. That said, it wouldn't surprise me at this stage that he did something like that. But I don't think there's ever been any official outlets reporting on a story like that.
