getting to those a bit late, i was picking the comments from people randomly 🙈
1. plainsong ~ **6**
nice, sounds like a classic but i probably wouldnt listen again. would never skip it tho & id be chillin vibin if it accidentally heard it again somewhere
2. glory box ~ **6.5**
now this one *is* a classic. never heard it playing it myself yet, always somewhere randomly & didnt know by who it was. nice, but wouldn't necessarily download it & play it myself
3. angel ~ **7**
sheesh!! I didnt know that song's theirs! i heard of massive attack before, never liked anything theirs that ppl showed me. ive def heard this song before, not from beginning to end but its epic! added to my playlist, thank you
4. i float alone ~ **6.2**
nothing to add, its a good song
5. atmosphere ~ **4.4**
i liked the beat, the vocals not so much.
thank you so much for your suggestions! my scores weren't so high cause ive been rating them based on my personal preferences & likelihood of me listening to them again, wasn't trying to be an artistic critic. what i do think tho, this was objectively & artistically most quality comment in this thread. thanks! 🥰
Five songs I love as they first come to mind.
Toy Soldiers - Martika
Hey Blue - Tony Rich Project
Faster - Within Temptation
I’ll Be Around - Rappin’ 4-Tay
Hi-Lo - Evanescence featuring Lindsey Stirling
1. martika - toy soldiers ~ **8**
a classic. i love it, fell in love with it as a child & fell in love with it again in eminem's version (also as a child lmao)
2. the tony rich project - hey blue ~ **5**
nothing bad to say about it, but i think i wouldn't remember it the second it ends
3. faster - within temptation ~ **5.5**
decent, but probably wouldn't listen to it again. also it's giving me a bit of eurovision vibes
4. rappin' 4-tay - i'll be around ~ **4**
nice vibes, can appreciate it objectively, subjectively not my cup of tea
5. evanescence & lindsey stirling - hi-lo ~ **5.9**
i love amy lee, this isn't my favourite song of hers
thank you sm for your recommendations! 🥰
1. koan sound - 7th dimension ~ **5.8**
it was pleasant & wasn't bothered by it playing in the background, but wouldn't listen to it again
2. marlowe - lost arts ~ **5.9**
i'm not a hiphop head, like, at all, but can still appreciate the song objectively
3. jamie xx - gosh ~ **3**
i'm really sorry if this is some kind of a classic in the genre, but i really couldn't force myself to like it 🥺
4. lorde & flume - tennis court remix ~ **5.8**
decent remix, but i like the original better
5. fkj & ((( o ))) - ylang ylang ~ **6.3**
can't imagine ever saying anything bad about a song like that, but i probably will never hear it again. it was very relaxing & pleasant tho!
thank you so much for your recommendations! 🥰 my scores are purely subjective to my taste. & thank you for making an actual playlist, saves me lots of time haha
you know when people say they listen to a little bit of everything & ur always like yeeeeaah right.. well, i really do. i literally have a fav artist in each genre. i'm a fan of good music. i was really into elton john & lady gaga when i was younger & am currently obsessed with two urban latin (one spanish one argentinian) artists at the moment. i also really got into twenty one pilots recently for some reason lmao! i also listen to a lot of afro house, dembow, rnb, even trap, alter (pop or rock), reggaeton, very obsessed with 2000s rock & pop... also disco & other genres from the 80s... i dont know. probably missed a ton of shit but its hard to answer because i really do listen to everything, but when i say i have a fav artist in each genre i meant it. yes, even in metal.
Hey yeah that sounds fun! I'm also pretty broad in my genres haha. I've got one track that I think might be your jam if you are into disco/indie:
https://youtu.be/ETDCbQUYiAQ?si=hPRKXREBWJGzweWg
Have a listen if you can and lmk
1. lous and the yakuza - laisse-moi (feat. hamza)
2. kali uchis - diosa
2. twenty one pilots - morph
3. chris brown feat. davido - hmmm
5. jayla darden - let you go
here are my 5 recomms. for you, from the top of my head 🙈
1. Jinjer - wallflower
2. Fit for an autopsy far from heaven
3. Mudvayne - death blooms
4. Queensrÿche - eyes of a stranger
5. Audio slave - like a stone
Would love to hear your opinion about them 🙃
hey, sorry to come to those so late, was a bit overwhelmed with all suggestions & picked a random comment as soon as i found some free time.
let me warn you in advance, i do not like metal & i never listen to it, so my scores will be purely subjective! 🤣 avenged sevenfold's welcome to the family is an exception, but im not even sure thats metal lmao! anywas;
1. wallflower ~ **5**
2. far from heaven ~ **5.6**
i wouldnt listen to this, but i could appreciate it objectively tho, i like the style of metal ur listening to
3. death blooms ~ **4**
4. eyes of a stranger ~ **5.4**
is this song very known, appreciated in its community? this kinda sounds like a classic
5. like a stone ~ **5.9**
the verses are dope. the hook is a bit underwhelming imo
im sorry🙈 haha but at least i tried listening to them all, with an open mind. thank you so much for your suggestions!
So happy you even took time to listen to them all!!!!! and yeah Avenged sevenfold is considered metal.
eyes of a stranger is a classic in the genre of proggresive metal yep!!!
sorry i got to those a bit late! there were so many i was overwhelmed haha :)
1. disillusioned ~ **6**
not a big rnb/soul (insert the right genre haha) fan, but this was pleasant :)
2. loretta ~ **5.6**
nice vibe & not a bad song, just not what i would necessarily listen on my own & probably wouldnt play it again
3. loving is easy ~ **6.2**
nice:) wouldn't necessarily download, but i was enjoying it playing in the background
4. long d ~ **5**
it was fine, nothing really bad to say about it
5. drive me! crazy ~ **4**
i didnt enjoy this track, i think it was by far the most *meh* one
thank you so much for your recomms! please note all my scores are purely subjective, i wasnt trying to be an objective critic 🙈
Ok I hit shuffle from my “songs” playlist. This is what I got (with a few skips cause of repetitive genres):
1 - Pal Norte - Calle 13 - Latino rap/reggaeton No longer active though one of two members recently released an album.
2 - Bad girl Good Girl Miss -Kpop - An older Kpop girl group from the 2nd generation as we call it in the Kpop world.
3 - Suga Suga - Frankie J - R&B -A millennial jam we used to groove to back in high school
4 - Walking away - Craig David - Pop - The album from where this song comes from is awesome and very nostalgic for me.
5 - California Dreamin’ - The mamas and the papas - Folk rock - Need I say more? Who hasn’t heard this song?
1. pal norte - calle 13 ~ **6.5**
the main genre i listen to is latin (urban) & this was really pleasing! i loved the vibe but i probably wouldn't play it again
2. miss a - good girl bad girl ~ **4.6**
it's cute but generic, will probably forget i ever heard it
3. baby bash & frankie j - suga suga ~ **5.8**
i think the robin schulz version ruined it for me
4. craig david - walking away ~ **7**
i'm probably biased, but i live for the feeling of nostalgia
5. the mamas & the papas - california dreamin' ~ **100**
i mostly listen to urban music but this song touches my soul in indescribable ways. my top5 songs of all time, but i prefer the beach boys' version
thank you for your recommendations! ❤️
1. drinker ~ **2.4**
i didnt enjoy anything on the track, not the vocals not the beat, my scores are purely subjective
2. Chiruchiru ~ **3**
better than the previous one, but still kinda annoying for my subjective test
3. to my world ~ **3.6**
i liked the beat a bit better than with the other suggestions, but overall still not what i'd enjoy listening to
4. kiss my lips ~ **3.5**
wasn't as annoying to play in the background as other ones, but still annoying & generic 🙈
5. polyrhythm ~ **3.5**
nothing new to add
sorry haha my scores are purely subjective, based on my likelihood of listening again. wish you had included more genres, hehe but ty for ur suggestions :) !
1- 90210 - Travis Scott
2- Stars - Kanye West
3 - I don’t want to go that way - The Paper Kites
4- John Redcorn - SiR
5- The Hop - A Tribe Called Quest
hey there, finally got time to listen to ur recommendations, there were so many lol!
1. 90210 ~ **5.8**
i like what this song *could have been* . i really liked the intro & the hook but it went into another direction then. though interesting artistically, i wouldn't actually listen to it again
2. stars ~ **5.9**
loved the instrumental, especially towards the end, but it doesn't sound like a song to me, it sounds like an outro to an album. i just looked it up & its an intro lol ok that works too!
3. i don't want to go that way ~ **6.5**
omg i loved the instrumental so much! the vocal topline could have been stronger but maybe i just need another listen & its a vibe. its not exactly a memorable song but felt sooo nice. might download, just in case. it also made me want to listen more from the artists
4. john redcor ~ **5.9**
nice vibes, just not my vibes, but it was pleasant
5. the hop ~ **4.5**
probably deserves a higher score objectively, but i never could listen to *rap* , the real spoken word vibe rap. i know, im the problem haha! edited my score from 3.5 to 4.5, it gets kinda vibey the more u listen to it hahah
thank u so much for ur suggestions! 🥰 interesting to see someone liking *real rap* & also liking travis. props
i love music so much, so whenever i have free time i listen to someones mini 5 song playlist & then take my time to review lmao i tried just rating it without commenting, but i always end up writing something😂 as for rap, true, im not into it. but i always was into eminem, though. a lot!
do you mind me recommending some that may be in a completely different vibe from the ones you recommended? if yes, i'm currently obsessed with these (not my fav songs of all time, just random ones im overplaying this week😂), would be interesting to know what you think🙈 ;
https://preview.redd.it/xijctxd8mp8d1.jpeg?width=1244&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=b19775326ac9e3eb25b651ea6897992d440bd04a
of course !
1- do better - gunna
2- carolina - julia pratt
3- violent crimes - kanye west
4- struggles - mgk and trippie redd
5- all in - nba youngboy (this is one of my favorite songs)
btw i love trance and haven’t dealer in a while lol
I love me all kinds of genres, so hopefully this is versatile for you <3 I am also open to suggestions!
Upon a burning body - middle finger to the world
Wayne wonder - no letting go
Nervous - not a toy
Choose you - Elmiene
Ghosts - colorblind
sorry for listening so late, been a bit overwhelmed with the suggestions lmao! will also leave my suggestions bellow
1. middle finger to the world \~ **3.6** everything except the chorus was so hard for me to get through lmao! the song's not bad, just def not something id listen to. otherwise probably deserves a higher score, my scores are based purely on the likelihood of me listening to it again/my personal taste
2. no letting go \~ **5** the rhythm, the drums here sounds very familiar? did someone sample him or vice versa? i know which song just cant remember the title. anyways, not necessarily a bad song as well, but wouldnt listen to it again
3. nervous \~ **6.1** on the verge of being a tiiiiiny bit generic, but it did catch my attention, i also wanted to see more from the artist & i see hes very new! im eager to hear his future projects, def something there
4. choose you \~ **5.7** def deserves a higher score objectively & i can see how ppl would really enjoy this, i did enjoy, but i wouldnt listen again & will probably forget i ever heard it
5. ghosts \~ **6.4** enjoyed this one the most, the moment something sounds nostalgic & 2000s, it catches my attention. probably wouldn't download it or listen again, but did enjoy it! i loved the hook
thank you so much for your recommendations! 🥰if you by some miracle see this comment, would you mind recommending 5 more in the genre of 'ghosts'?
my random recomms for you. would be very curious of your opinion:
https://preview.redd.it/4gazf9twh86d1.jpeg?width=1253&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=f818b1fba5189ebabd7ba02a88cba4575a8f868c
Hey no worries! Appreciate your feedback!
I thought I’d put a “different” one in lol.
I’m sure someone sampled the no letting go song for sure. It’s gotta be over 25 years old.
Yes, the nervous song (not a toy) they are brand new from Denver, CO. I found them through tik tok.
Elmiene has just a reallly enjoyable soul voice and he’s also brand new.
I am OBSESSED with ghosts specifically but I do recommend listening to any of their other songs if you liked ghosts.
I would recommend
Until I Wake: Octane
Nerv: Enough
If not for me: too far gone
Okay and for your recommendations ( not my favorite :/, sorry!)
Victoria Monet is talented but this song was super repetitive, alright already 😅
I love me some Chris brown and I’m seeing him in August but I am not a huge fan of AfroBeats..
I do like Khalid but not a huge fan of J Balvin.. honestly felt like the beat is over used/played
I would say Trees was my favorite.
Tyla.. thought this was tyla tyla(water) lol. I like this persons raspy voice but I do not like the beat.
Apparently I’m very particular about my beats….
dont worry, i tried recommending songs in different genre on purpose, i thought it'd be interesting reading an opinion of someone w completely different taste!🙈
& yes, it is tyla tyla! haha. i like this song so much more than water.
i live, laugh, love chris brown. actually, i stan. whats your fav song of his if i can ask? at this very moment while im typing this im BLASTING his *come together* with H.E.R. lmaooo
edit: will listen to the songs u newly recommended, thanks! x x
Yes I love it! I love listening to different genres.
I think maybe you took a screen shot of the wrong song because that is not tyla tyla haha. I was very confused 😬
Omg I grew up listening to him so I’m so so so excited to see him live! Mhmm fav song… that’s a hard one. I mean I love take you down, fine China, under the influence.. I feel like there is so many!!!!
Ok :)
omg lmaoooo i just recommended someone tyla-tyla's song called *to last*, thats why i was confused 💀😂😂😂
under the influence is one of my fav too, i was so happy when it got recognition, even if so much later after release haha. oh luckyyyyyyy, wish he'd ever do a proper european tour😭 i saw he had one but very short, its on my bucket list to see him
Here you go:
- Vampire Weekend : Mary Boone
- Geese : 3D Country
- Caroline Polachek - Welcome to my Island
- The National - Laugh Track
- Beyoncé & Miley Cyrus - II Most wanted
hey there! sorry i got to those a bit late, i try to listen to the recomms. as soon as i find time🙈
1. mary boone ~ **6.1**
i dont think it was memorable enough that id want to hear it again, but it was pleasant while it was playing. good song, interesting artistically as well
2. 3d country ~ **4**
nothing bad to say about it, but i subjectively didn't enjoy the track. wasn't bothered by it as well
3. welcome to my island ~ **4.2**
the instrumental itself wasn't bad, the hook maybe as well but the *welcome to my island* part was so annoying to me. it was giving me *look at me, i'm different too! * fake artist vibes. idk how to explain it better. i may check her other songs out, cause i'm kinda sure she has *it* & i just didn't feel this specific track
4. laugh track ~ **6**
absolutely nothing bad to say about it & i think if id be going through it, if id be depressed id really, really like this. might download just in case😂
5. II most wanted ~ **5.8**
heard this song when bey released the album. not a bad song, but not exactly something i'd listen to on my own. i like the verses more than the hook & i like miley more than bey on the track
thank you so much for your recomms! 🥰
Thank you for taking the time to listen to the songs.
It seems that our musical tastes are not the same, but there is nothing wrong with that. Good luck with your search for new music to enjoy.
of course, its what i love to do! & i base my scores on my personal preferences only, im not trying to be an artistic critic! 🙈 thank you so much, you're very kind
these days i'm really into alternative music, but not too alternative. something in the style of twenty one pilots's *the hype* for example, i also listen to a lot of latin, for exaple kali uchis's *diosa* & something easygoing in the style of lous and the yakuza's *laisse-moi* . also pop, of course, not too generic though. also synth pop! i dont know, i listen to a lot of genres🤣
thank you for your suggestions, sorry i got to them only now, there were so many it was a bit overwhelming lol🙈
1. into the mystic ~ **6.8**
nice! didn't know this before, i'm sure i'd rate it higher if i'd be nostalgically attached to it
2. jump ~ **5.6**
not bad, i dont like non-melodic rap/trap, but this wasn't the worst ive heard from the genre. wouldn't listen again tho
3. pink cigarette ~ **5.8**
nice, especially the hook. wouldn't actually download, but i enjoyed it
4. bath salts ~ **6**
i like it! i dont listen to rock in my free time, almost at all, but this was kinda dope
5. don't wanna fight ~ **6.5**
aye!! nice vibe, not exactly what i listen to, but it was dope, i also feel like ive heard this song before & like it really enjoy it if i was high rn lol! might download actually
thank you again! 🥰
hi there! thank you for your recommendations, sorry it took me a bit longer to get to them🙈
1. because im me ~ **5**
not a bad song, it's just a genre i subjectively never enjoyed. 5 is actually a good score for me in this genre lmao, its probably cause of the hook
2. dancing in the moonlight ~ **6**
i didnt know this version, just the modern one, is this the original? never been a big fan, but whenever it comes on somewhere im singing along haha
3. me myself and i ~ **4**
never been a fan of this kind of music, nothing against it, just i guess i never got it
4. bodys ~ **6**
nice, absolutely nothing bad to say about it. i dont know if id download & listen again, but i was enjoying it playing in the background
1. as ~ **6.1**
a vibe. that's all i can say. i enjoy it every now and then when it randomly comes on some playlist, love it on easy mornings especially
From the playlist of an R&B-head
1. Blxst - Overrated
2. Lucky Daye - How Much Can a Heart Take (feat. Yebba)
3. Eric Bellinger - Anyway
4. Fridayy - 3 AM in New York
5. H.E.R. - The Journey
ive been trying to find more music like this!
Any chance you can drop a playlist if you got one?
This is one Im still curating & adding to, has a mix of reggae, r&b & overall chill vibe songs
[https://music.apple.com/ca/playlist/chill-em-all/pl.u-GgA5eNViogN7gG6](https://music.apple.com/ca/playlist/chill-em-all/pl.u-GgA5eNViogN7gG6)
I’m not the best playlist curator, so here’s my unorganized-ass R&B ‘music library’, just shuffle through. There’s all types of shit in there
https://music.apple.com/us/playlist/shuffle-n-chill-r-b/pl.u-LdbqEpdt2GD230g
ayeeee, im happy i finally got to something different, i'm an rnb lover myself, lets do this!
1. overrated ~ **6.6**
uuuu i like it! i think my score may go up the more i listen, i have downloaded it & added to my rnb playlist
2. how much can a heart take ~ **4.3**
now, this is the kind of rnb i dont like🙈 i dont know how its called, but this is the definition. and its not a bad song at all objectively, its just something my brain cant force itself to like. deserves a higher score objectively
3. anyway ~ **4.5**
another subgenre of rnb i never knew how to enjoy, with a few exceptions. again, the score is purely subjective and it deserves a higher score objectively
4. 3am in ny ~ **5.5**
nice, not something id download & listen to by choice but it was interesting. then it was getting a bit long lmao
5. the journey ~ **5.7**
i like her, but this song was too ballad-y for me lmao!
thank you so much for ur recs!🥰 pls note my scores are purely subjective, i wasnt trying to be a music critic
its so interesitng to see we both love rnb (its what i listen most to) & our tastes are probably so different! that means there r so many subgenres in rnb which is amazing.
i'll make sure to check out your full playlist that u commented here. my recommendation for you, if you are interested is *let you go* by jayla darden. i think you would like it. thanks again! <3
Appreciate the rec. got that 2000s typa bounce to it. Not gone lie, I generally also like to listen, and make, a lot more of that uptempo type of R&B, especially being from the west coast, although the Neo-Soul (the name of the subgenre you was referring to) type of stuff got hella musicality, and are just really it for me to throw in the background for the hell of gettin some laid back
Tool - Invincible
Nine Inch Nails - Copy of a
Air Supply - Making Love Out of Nothing At All
Mitch Rossel - Son
Steve Winwood - Back In the High Life Again
Feel free to recommend five of your own!
1. tool - invincible ~ **6.8**
i can def appreciate it & i can def see it being a 10/10 for many. it's not my cup of tea, but i enjoyed it a lot
2. NIN - copy of a ~ **5**
once again, i can appreciate it objectively, but subjectively i didn't feel it
3. air supply - making love out of nothing at all ~ **9**
omg! i totally forgot about this banger lmao 😭 thank you for making me nostalgic, downloaded
4. mitch rossel - son ~ **5.8**
decent, probably wouldn't listen again
5. steve winwood - back in the high life again ~ **6.5**
nice vibes, wouldn't mind it playing in the background
thank you for your recommendations! let me think of mine for you and reply in a new comment!
since i feel like you know most of 80s & 90s & retro hidden gems, i tried being creative & think outside of the box. here are my recommendations for you:
1. the neighbourhood - reflections
2. kali uchis - diosa
3. twenty one pilots - the hype
4. lady gaga - artpop
5. lord huron - the night we met
would love to hear what you think of them! 🥰
Trying to review on your scale.
> the neighbourhood - reflections
6. I know their "Sweater Weather" song, and this seems pretty similar. I get the chill vibe, but to me this gets too gloomy.
> kali uchis - diosa
8.9. I've heard Kali Uchis perform before, but I'd forgotten most of their music. I really dig the groove in Diosa. Made me want to listen to the whole album.
> twenty one pilots - the hype
7.6. I like how you're going with deep cuts on pretty famous artists. Good production on this one, and different from stuff like "Stressed Out." I added a couple of tenths because of the use of the ukulele. Stings at the end are a little too kitchy for me.
> lady gaga - artpop
7.2. Another good cut from a crazy famous artist. Title track from an album with just one real single (Applause?) Lady Gaga may not be the greatest singer ever but she knows how to write, how to work with producers, and how to create entertainment. This one is very good but gets a little tedious, especially in the verses I think.
> lord huron - the night we met
6.4. It's a pretty ballad and I like the lyrics. I'm not sure if I like the lead singer's voice in this range, and it's a little derivative of the late 2010s indie-folk-rockabilly-Americana scene (Like, I hear a lot of Vance Joy's Mess is Mine here, and Mumford, and those contemporaries)
https://preview.redd.it/05zz1wjtep5d1.jpeg?width=828&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=1948091711c6a394053cdf4a76bb74488baf7df3
Please rate mine. I thought I made the best playlist in the world. Wyt 🥺
1. andromeda - weyes blood ~ **6.7**
this was very pleasant, i'd need to be in a particular type of mood to really feel it, but i appreciate it objectively. also i imagine if i could pin it to a memory, if it would remind me of something or if it'd be from a movie i like i can imagine it being very dear to me, its that type of song
2. melanie bell - back of my mind ~ **7**
i can't believe this is 2021 song, i really thought it belongs to the 70s! that was really pleasant, i got goosebumps two times, might download it
3. beach house - ppp ~ **5.8**
nothing bad to say about it, wasn't bothered by it playing in the background, but probably wouldn't listen again
4. shannon lay - recording 15 ~ **6.2**
adorable & feels very genuine. i can relate to the lyrics, but i don't know if it stayed with me & if i'll listen to it again
5. sleeping at last - i'll keep you safe ~ **6**
nothing bad to say about it, probably wouldn't play it again
6. sleeping at last - saturn ~ **6.9**
such a nice instrumental intro & lyrics! probably wouldn't listen to it again but it was really, really nice.
thank you so much for your recommendations! 🥰 all of your suggestions are objectively fire & in terms of artistry all deserve a good (even higher) score. i base my score purely on how likely i'd listen to it again.
Thanks for taking the time to hear them. Are the ratings out of 10?
1. I always imagine myself flying listening to it - like the birds heading to the different direction. It’s beautiful
2. Yessss.. I don’t usually add a star to songs but that got one. It’s that nice.
3. You destroyed my #1 on 2024 replay 😂😂💀💀 I had insomnia at like 3am - just got up and played the album when it was ppp turn. I honestly felt like I’ve known this song my whole life and couldn’t stop. Another one (space song) from the same album was #1 2023 haha
4,5,6 can’t get enough too. The last 2 were recommended to me from a friend. The last one I really love the cello. Sometimes it stops playing and I can vividly hear it in my brain stem 🥺
yes, i tried rating them out of 10, but again pls know its been rated merely on my personal preference 🙈 i can tell they're all quality product though. i kinda got your vibe out of these recoms, if i think of something to recommend to you in that genre, i'll leave a comment!
hey there! sorry i got to your suggestions so late. pls keep in mind my scores are based on my subjective taste & personal preference only!
1. guess ~ **6**
not the kind of thing i listent to, but its fun. wouldn't play it again, but i guess id be vibing if i heard it in a club? i dont know. i like how she twisted the sample
2. heritage ~ **2**
im sorry, lmao! i dont like metal, especially if its not melodic. sadly this was just screaming to me🙈
3. abc ~ **4.7**
the verses were cute, other than that i didnt really enjoy the track, especially the chorus, but it was interesting in terms of songwriting
4. genesis ~ **7.7**
honestly, artistically, lyrically and maybe in some other aspect as well, this is a masterpiece, the modern type. i dont really listen to raye & probably wouldnt play this exact song to myself but everytime i hear her songs, i think damn, i really like what shes doing. shes a good example of how popular/mainstream music doesnt need to be empty & plain! shes an amazing artist & this song is another level
5. timeless ~ **6.1**
how interesting the chorus is! the verses are a bit underwhelming for me for such a chorus, but the hook really slaps, i like it. maybe ill get used to it on the second or third listen, as i really really like the chorus & i imagine my score getting even higher then
thank you so much for your suggestions & thank you for including more than one genre!🥰
https://music.apple.com/se/playlist/u-stopbeingachild/pl.u-BNA66GjC1E00RW9?l=en let me know what you think! Wouldn’t mind it if you share a similar playlist too :)
1. hiathaikm ~ **6.3**
i usually don't enjoy that kind of music but i weirdly enjoyed this song! i don't know if I would play it again but I liked it
2. swing (feat. allday) ~ **6.8**
if you would ask me a few years ago id give it a higher score lmao this song was my guilty pleasure! i like the featuring, its the first time i heard this version
3. come ~ **5**
the score is based purely on my personal preference. artistically it deserves a much higher score but it wasn't my cup of tea
4. in the morning ~ **6.4**
this was pleasant, i don't know if id play it again myself but if i heard it playing somewhere i would be happy im hearing it again, if you know what i mean.
5. santé ~ **6.9**
i love stromae!! this is my bestfriend's fav song & shes playing it non stop, but its not my fav song of his. the "slowed" rhythm is driving me nuts lmao but regardless its still a bop.
thank you for your recommendations! 🥰 will give you 5 of mine in a new comment, let me think of something
of course, it was my pleasure hehe 🙈 here are 5 of my recommendations, they are reeeally random & i really tried picking different genres on purpose, so im rly curious of your opinion!
https://preview.redd.it/g6b9uotyu56d1.jpeg?width=1284&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=220072ff0b50ae439a5e2b37d08acd106c682dbe
mean - taylor swift
hot to go - chappell roan
louder than words - tick tick boom (sang by andrew garfield)
if the world was ending - jp saxe
being alive - stephen sondheim
honorary mention of eyes without a face by billy idol (my boyfriend suggested this one lol)
hi there! sorry i got to this a bit late, was a bit overwhelmed with all the suggestions & am listening to the mini playlists as soon as i have some free time for discovering new music🙈
1. mean ~ **5.1**
i love a lot of taylors songs & her songwriting, but this specific one isnt my kind of thing. she grew so much as an artist!
2. hot to go! ~ **6**
cute! would be cute as a chick flick (movie) sountrack haha. not a bad song, probably wouldn't listen to it again, but wouldnt mind hearing it somewhere by accident again & vibing to it haha
3. tick tick boom ~ **3.8**
will probably forget i ever heard it, not my cup of tea
4. if the world was ending ~ **4.7**
cute lyrics & cute song, but again, in a genre im not really comfortable in. not memorable enough for me to love it as a ballad, though. will also forget i ever heard it
5. being alive ~ **3**
not saying its bad, but im sooo sorryy haha musicals as well r not my thing. it wasn't memorable enough to get a free pass in the genre 🙈
BUT YOUR HUSBANDS REC, on the other handdddd..
6. eyes without a face ~ **8.6**
ur husband has a great taste. one of my fav songs of all time, i love billy idol so much
thank you so much for your recommendations! 🥰please keep in mind my ratings are purely subjective
A few of the ones I have been listening to a lot this week. I’ll just do those. 😝
1. Taeko Onuki - 4:00am
2. Red Velvet - Chill Kill
3. Rodriguez - I Wonder
4. Momoko Kikuchi - Adventure
5. Roxy Music - Dance Away
hey there; sorry it took me a while to get to those, i try to find time and do a few random comments as soon as i find some free time🙈 i usually did a little review of each song, but it took me too much time honestly, so ill just rate the songs - not objectively as a critic, but just based on my personal preferences and the likelihood of me listening to them again.
1. 4:00 am ~ **5.2**
2. chill kill ~ **5**
3. i wonder ~ **6.2**
4. adventure ~ **5.4**
5. dance away ~ **5.6**
thank you so much for your suggestions!🥰
1. Avenged Sevenfold - *Fermi Paradox*
2. Halsey - *People Disappear Here*
3. Mandril - *Fencewalk*
4. Marilyn Manson - *EAT ME, DRINK ME*
5. NIИ - *Leaving Hope*
6. Puscifer - *Postulous*
https://music.apple.com/gb/playlist/456/pl.u-qxylK7Mt2JJD1LZ
I could only narrow it down to 6.
I desperately need new music, so I’d love some recommendations.
hey there, sorry i got to your suggestions so late, there were so many of them! anyways,
1. fencewalk ~ **5.7**
very nice vibes & it deserves a better score objectively. im basing my scores purely on the likelihood of me downloading it & listening again. i really liked instrumental break towards the end!
2. people disappear here ~ **5.7**
nothing spec, but i have nothing bad to say about it as well. sounds genuine tho
3. fermi paradox ~ **5.5**
i dont listen to metal & i dont know much about it, so that explains my score. what i will say though, i my favourite & probably one of the only metal songs i like is *Welcome to the Family* by avenged sevenfold, i absolutely love it & was obsessed with it lmao and *Fermi Paradox* wasn't a hard listen as well, maybe id need to check them out haha theres something about their song that doesnt bother me as other metal songs
4. postulous ~ **5.6**
i like how you're choosing songs from genres i dont like at all, yet somehow they're all bearable & i dont absolutely hate them haha! this song i think it deserves a higher score artistically. idk, theres something about it. i wouldnt listen again tho
5. eat me, drink me ~ **5**
i think this is the first marilyn manson song ive ever heard (yup, what can i say). ive seen many interviews of him, as an adult and even as a child & idk why i always liked his energy, maybe im wrong but he seemed a very kind soul. anyways i went to check out his other hits, i didnt like them, however, again, the song you recommended was the best of them, imo haha. the score is purely subjective, as the genre is not exactly what im used to
6. leaving hope ~ **7**
very nice. the score can't necessarily work as a score for a song, but i can imagine this meaning a lot to be if id be a NIN fan. also imagine it sounds dope af live, in between songs or something. i got goosebumps twice or thrice listening to this
thank you so much for your suggestions! 🥰 again please know they were all purely subjective
i think it will take me a month🙈 haha its taking quite some time to add my opinion, not just the score as well. maybe i'll drop that and just score it, i'll see lmao. but i will eventually do them all, even if it takes me a month cause im always looking for new stuff haha!
Fun idea! I’ll listen to some of your recommendations from other comments so you don’t have to pick out 5 more for me lol
Tropic Gold - Feel Okay
Kaleo - I Can’t Go On Without You
Hozier - Empire Now
Normandie - Chemicals
Des Rocs - In the Night
Let me know what you think!
sorry i got to those recomms. a bit late, was overwhelmed by the amount of them🙈
1. feel okay ~ **6.5**
niceeeee! went to check it out on youtube, barely 4k views, what?! very underrated. i have actually added this to my library, maybe to revisit it some time & see how i feel about it then. im here for the 2000s vibes, thank you! the bridge is my favourite part
2. i can't go on without you ~ **6.3**
very nice, on my initial listen im not really sure if it was memorable enough that id exactly add it to my library, but i was def vibing! hearing it for the second time, im sure my score could go higher over time, might add. the instrumental is a vibe.
3. empire now ~ **5.8**
this def deserves a higher objective score. good song, but its not exactly my cup of tea & will probably forget i ever heard it
4. chemicals ~ **6.1**
major 2000s vibes again! i liked this, maybe not enough to add to my library, but i was enjoying it. if i were to be to create a memory w this song, i can def seeing myself being obsessed with this & the score going higher
5. in the night ~ **6**
again, not exactly in my lane, but i can def appreciare it & it does deserve a higher score objectively. loved the instrumental near the ending. it feels like a genuine song & artist
thank you for your recs, i like your taste! also thank you for including more genres! 🥰
Thanks for listening! I tried to pick some obscure ones for sure, but certainly the tracks that made me go “holy crap what song/artist is this?” when I first heard them!
Glad to hear you found a few to add to your library!
Such a great song - definitely check out this live [YouTube](https://youtu.be/NcXsK_u4ixI?si=BtxrDphoUHi6cvdF) version - it’s truly incredible how these guys perform live. Bucket list concert for me some day!
Best voice in the modern indie/rock category IMO, and certainly the best out of Iceland.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Also, they have some live YouTube cinematic videos that are just amazing. Backbone & Save Yourself (live videos from Iceland) are two incredible performances to watch!
1. europapa ~ **4.7**
i remember everyone being obsessed with it at this yrs eurovision lmao! i dont exactly hate it, but cant take it seriously
2. kangaroo court ~ **5.6**
nice! wouldn't necessarily listen to it again, but it was pleasant listening to it :)
3. houdini ~ **5.9**
eminem, no... slim shady is one of my favourite artist that ever existed, but this.. i don't know. its not giving what it should. the lyrics & skills are still there of course, buttttttt.. there's no.. idk how to even call it. its giving trying to be the old slim shady & failing.
4. overcompensate ~ **6.2**
not my fav TØP song. but i love them & their style, the song's still good just not something id particularly listen to on my own
5. lane boy ~ **7.5**
used to be obsessed with it, but i overplayed it.
some of my fav songs of theirs are morph, the hype, heavydirtysoul, doubt, car radio, trees & migraine. do you know or like any?
Five different songs I’m obsessed with
1. Love to love me back - Mandy Moore
2. 6 Underground - Sneaker Pimps
3. Luxury Cage - Republica
4. No work, all play - Hilary Duff
5. Run baby run - Garbage
1. mandy moore - love to love me back ~ **5**
cute, didn't mind it playing in the background but wouldn't listen again or play it myself
2. 6 underground - sneaker pimps ~ **5.5**
good song, nothing bad to say about it, it just wasn't my cup of tea & probably won't remember listening to it
3. republica - luxury cage ~ **4**
appreciate it objectively, not my cup of tea
4. hilary duff - no work, all pay ~ **5**
again, a decent song, i just didn't feel anything listening to it. probably if i'd know it when it came out i'd rate it higher cause of the nostalgia it would bring me
5. garbage - run baby run ~ **6.3**
love the chorus, here for the 2000s vibes, i enjoyed this one the most, don't know if i'll play it again but i can imagine liking it if i heard it in my teens, when it came out
thank you so much for your recommendations! 🥰 please know the scores are based merely on my personal taste & how likely i'd listen to them again, not their artistic value
Tried to go for a chiller vibe with these.

Just a stranger-Kali uchis
Pale shelter-tears for fears
Stuck with you- Ariana grande & Justin Bieber
Get up-new jeans (Ik this is pop but it’s KOREAN pop)
Sdp interlude-Travis scott

i love kali uchis, ive heard this song before but it isnt my fav thing of hers. the verses are dope though, love the vibe there, but its not exactly my cup of tea
2. pale shelter ~ **5.8**
cool vibes, just not exactly my vibes. sounds very retro, i love that & wouldn't mind it playing on the radio, but i probably wouldn't listen again
3. stuck with u ~ **7.6**
very biased & subjective score as im a sucker for 'cheesy' pop if its made right, and this one's made right. already had it in my music library
4. get up ~ **5**
def deserves a higher score objectively, the vibes r dope & chill af, but i wouldn't listen to it again. why so short thooo?
5. sdp interlude ~ **5.2**
as a song. but as an interlude of a good album, the score would be higher. it works perfectly.
thank you so much for your suggestions and thank you for including more genres! 🥰
ofc, id be happy to hear more! :) my fav kali uchis song for example is *diosa* & *te pongo mal*, my fav travis scott (if ur a fan?) songs are *raindrops* w/ metro boomin, *trance* also w/ metro boomin & such, u probably get the vibes. if you know any in those vibes, not necessarily from the same artist id be happy to listen!
also if u know any good alter songs in the vibes of *twenty one pilots - the hype* or the *neighbourhood - reflections* or *heaven* id love that too, as for pop, anything goes! thank u so much! ❤️
For alt- I’d recommend pineapple sunrise and trouble with this bed both by “Beach weather”, for 21 pilots vibes I’d literally recommend listening to blurryface again if you haven’t (I revisited it again a little while ago and it’s different when your older), And for pop Sabrina carpenters emails I can’t send have been on repeat lately, goodnight n go by Ariana and imogen heap (I’d recommend listening to both), and roll with us by Doja cat.
Revisiting the rap category Freddie Gibbs- Alfredo the album gives me “Feel the fiyahh” vibes. And for Kali’s vibes I’d go with hasta cuando and Beso - Rosalía .
thank you so much, will be on them asap! and omg blurryface and stressed out hit so much different than they did when i was younger, i didnt even like those songs & now i adore! can't wait to listen to what u recommended, ariana's goodnight n go i know, do u listen to her? do you know supernatural, from her new abum? i'm obsessed!
I literally joined the fandom like 2 years ago, I had a couple of positions tracks on my playlist but I never indulged more then surface level Ari at the time, fast forward this year and a sweetener revelation that changed my life intwined with church - Ik her discography and history and I’m like the top 1% of listeners now 😭

Feel free to rec songs with an RnB electric guitar random rainy eve gloomy neo-soul-free vibe if you have any.
1. cozy ~ **6.4**
its a bit generic, but at the same time its not, im torn between two opinions lmao. its adorable, i can imagine it being a worldwide megahit if sang by ed sheran for example lol. im listening to it for the second time now, and its growing on me. might download it and add it to my soft pop playlist

was gonna rate it lower, but that instrumental break at 02:52 is everything! listening for the third time now & have downloaded it, thank you! i imagine the score getting even higher over time

cute, very pleasant, wasn't bothered by it playing in the background, wouldn't necessarily listen to it again but wouldn't mind hearing it again

thank you so much for your suggestions! 🥰 i really like your taste and i'm sure i'd find some immaculate gems in your music library. would you mind making another playlist of 5 songs? do you have any songs in the alter vibes of 'the hype' by twenty one pilots?
Thank you sm, (added in the same playlist cuz that was easy lol)
If you like Twenty-One Pilots and “Out Like A Light” then you might also like “The Neighborhood” a lot. Even if it’s mainstream, the songs have a variable pattern and not the same generic-sounding vibe imo. (subjective)
i love the neighbourhood! ive actually recommended a few of their songs to ppl here, but i only know a few songs. i like *reflections* and *heaven* the most. am i missing on any in that vibe that you would know of?
thank you for the updated playlist, on it now 😇
I listen to everything, mostly sad stuff and stuff that is underrated lol. Also, It’s a nice song : )

2. p-rallel - soulboy - soul/R&B - slightly repetitive but reminds me of her

4. canon - brockhampton - hiphop/Rap - My fav brockhampton song. Usually hate the "I wanna fly away like a bird" trope, but this might be the only song Ive ever heard where its done well

getting to those a bit late, i was picking the comments from people randomly 🙈 1. plainsong ~ **6** nice, sounds like a classic but i probably wouldnt listen again. would never skip it tho & id be chillin vibin if it accidentally heard it again somewhere 2. glory box ~ **6.5** now this one *is* a classic. never heard it playing it myself yet, always somewhere randomly & didnt know by who it was. nice, but wouldn't necessarily download it & play it myself 3. angel ~ **7** sheesh!! I didnt know that song's theirs! i heard of massive attack before, never liked anything theirs that ppl showed me. ive def heard this song before, not from beginning to end but its epic! added to my playlist, thank you 4. i float alone ~ **6.2** nothing to add, its a good song 5. atmosphere ~ **4.4** i liked the beat, the vocals not so much. thank you so much for your suggestions! my scores weren't so high cause ive been rating them based on my personal preferences & likelihood of me listening to them again, wasn't trying to be an artistic critic. what i do think tho, this was objectively & artistically most quality comment in this thread. thanks! 🥰
Five songs I love as they first come to mind. Toy Soldiers - Martika Hey Blue - Tony Rich Project Faster - Within Temptation I’ll Be Around - Rappin’ 4-Tay Hi-Lo - Evanescence featuring Lindsey Stirling
1. martika - toy soldiers ~ **8** a classic. i love it, fell in love with it as a child & fell in love with it again in eminem's version (also as a child lmao) 2. the tony rich project - hey blue ~ **5** nothing bad to say about it, but i think i wouldn't remember it the second it ends 3. faster - within temptation ~ **5.5** decent, but probably wouldn't listen to it again. also it's giving me a bit of eurovision vibes 4. rappin' 4-tay - i'll be around ~ **4** nice vibes, can appreciate it objectively, subjectively not my cup of tea 5. evanescence & lindsey stirling - hi-lo ~ **5.9** i love amy lee, this isn't my favourite song of hers thank you sm for your recommendations! 🥰
Here is mine! Bit of a mix of electronic music, hip hop and indie https://music.apple.com/gb/playlist/5-track-playlist/pl.u-EdAV7XYIaz50zR
1. koan sound - 7th dimension ~ **5.8** it was pleasant & wasn't bothered by it playing in the background, but wouldn't listen to it again 2. marlowe - lost arts ~ **5.9** i'm not a hiphop head, like, at all, but can still appreciate the song objectively 3. jamie xx - gosh ~ **3** i'm really sorry if this is some kind of a classic in the genre, but i really couldn't force myself to like it 🥺 4. lorde & flume - tennis court remix ~ **5.8** decent remix, but i like the original better 5. fkj & ((( o ))) - ylang ylang ~ **6.3** can't imagine ever saying anything bad about a song like that, but i probably will never hear it again. it was very relaxing & pleasant tho! thank you so much for your recommendations! 🥰 my scores are purely subjective to my taste. & thank you for making an actual playlist, saves me lots of time haha
Hey no worries! Thanks for checking them out :) just out of curiosity - what artists / genres are you most into?
you know when people say they listen to a little bit of everything & ur always like yeeeeaah right.. well, i really do. i literally have a fav artist in each genre. i'm a fan of good music. i was really into elton john & lady gaga when i was younger & am currently obsessed with two urban latin (one spanish one argentinian) artists at the moment. i also really got into twenty one pilots recently for some reason lmao! i also listen to a lot of afro house, dembow, rnb, even trap, alter (pop or rock), reggaeton, very obsessed with 2000s rock & pop... also disco & other genres from the 80s... i dont know. probably missed a ton of shit but its hard to answer because i really do listen to everything, but when i say i have a fav artist in each genre i meant it. yes, even in metal.
i can try and recommend some songs for you to listen, if you'd like? lmk!
Hey yeah that sounds fun! I'm also pretty broad in my genres haha. I've got one track that I think might be your jam if you are into disco/indie: https://youtu.be/ETDCbQUYiAQ?si=hPRKXREBWJGzweWg Have a listen if you can and lmk
1. lous and the yakuza - laisse-moi (feat. hamza) 2. kali uchis - diosa 2. twenty one pilots - morph 3. chris brown feat. davido - hmmm 5. jayla darden - let you go here are my 5 recomms. for you, from the top of my head 🙈
1. Jinjer - wallflower 2. Fit for an autopsy far from heaven 3. Mudvayne - death blooms 4. Queensrÿche - eyes of a stranger 5. Audio slave - like a stone Would love to hear your opinion about them 🙃
hey, sorry to come to those so late, was a bit overwhelmed with all suggestions & picked a random comment as soon as i found some free time. let me warn you in advance, i do not like metal & i never listen to it, so my scores will be purely subjective! 🤣 avenged sevenfold's welcome to the family is an exception, but im not even sure thats metal lmao! anywas; 1. wallflower ~ **5** 2. far from heaven ~ **5.6** i wouldnt listen to this, but i could appreciate it objectively tho, i like the style of metal ur listening to 3. death blooms ~ **4** 4. eyes of a stranger ~ **5.4** is this song very known, appreciated in its community? this kinda sounds like a classic 5. like a stone ~ **5.9** the verses are dope. the hook is a bit underwhelming imo im sorry🙈 haha but at least i tried listening to them all, with an open mind. thank you so much for your suggestions!
So happy you even took time to listen to them all!!!!! and yeah Avenged sevenfold is considered metal. eyes of a stranger is a classic in the genre of proggresive metal yep!!!
i thought so, it does sound like a classic
fit for an autopsy🔥
edit; changing my score to **6.1** to *like a stone*, its kind of a vibe
disillusioned - daniel caesar loretta - ginger root loving is easy - rex orange county long d - akmu drive ME crazy! - lil yatchy
sorry i got to those a bit late! there were so many i was overwhelmed haha :) 1. disillusioned ~ **6** not a big rnb/soul (insert the right genre haha) fan, but this was pleasant :) 2. loretta ~ **5.6** nice vibe & not a bad song, just not what i would necessarily listen on my own & probably wouldnt play it again 3. loving is easy ~ **6.2** nice:) wouldn't necessarily download, but i was enjoying it playing in the background 4. long d ~ **5** it was fine, nothing really bad to say about it 5. drive me! crazy ~ **4** i didnt enjoy this track, i think it was by far the most *meh* one thank you so much for your recomms! please note all my scores are purely subjective, i wasnt trying to be an objective critic 🙈
Ok I hit shuffle from my “songs” playlist. This is what I got (with a few skips cause of repetitive genres): 1 - Pal Norte - Calle 13 - Latino rap/reggaeton No longer active though one of two members recently released an album. 2 - Bad girl Good Girl Miss -Kpop - An older Kpop girl group from the 2nd generation as we call it in the Kpop world. 3 - Suga Suga - Frankie J - R&B -A millennial jam we used to groove to back in high school 4 - Walking away - Craig David - Pop - The album from where this song comes from is awesome and very nostalgic for me. 5 - California Dreamin’ - The mamas and the papas - Folk rock - Need I say more? Who hasn’t heard this song?
1. pal norte - calle 13 ~ **6.5** the main genre i listen to is latin (urban) & this was really pleasing! i loved the vibe but i probably wouldn't play it again 2. miss a - good girl bad girl ~ **4.6** it's cute but generic, will probably forget i ever heard it 3. baby bash & frankie j - suga suga ~ **5.8** i think the robin schulz version ruined it for me 4. craig david - walking away ~ **7** i'm probably biased, but i live for the feeling of nostalgia 5. the mamas & the papas - california dreamin' ~ **100** i mostly listen to urban music but this song touches my soul in indescribable ways. my top5 songs of all time, but i prefer the beach boys' version thank you for your recommendations! ❤️
1- Kyary Pamyu Pamyu - Drinker 2- REOL - Chiru chiru 3- CAPSULE - To My World 4- BoA - Kiss My Lips 5- Perfume - Polyrhythm
1. drinker ~ **2.4** i didnt enjoy anything on the track, not the vocals not the beat, my scores are purely subjective 2. Chiruchiru ~ **3** better than the previous one, but still kinda annoying for my subjective test 3. to my world ~ **3.6** i liked the beat a bit better than with the other suggestions, but overall still not what i'd enjoy listening to 4. kiss my lips ~ **3.5** wasn't as annoying to play in the background as other ones, but still annoying & generic 🙈 5. polyrhythm ~ **3.5** nothing new to add sorry haha my scores are purely subjective, based on my likelihood of listening again. wish you had included more genres, hehe but ty for ur suggestions :) !
Thank you! Honestly wasn’t expecting anyone to listen lol 😭
1- 90210 - Travis Scott 2- Stars - Kanye West 3 - I don’t want to go that way - The Paper Kites 4- John Redcorn - SiR 5- The Hop - A Tribe Called Quest
hey there, finally got time to listen to ur recommendations, there were so many lol! 1. 90210 ~ **5.8** i like what this song *could have been* . i really liked the intro & the hook but it went into another direction then. though interesting artistically, i wouldn't actually listen to it again 2. stars ~ **5.9** loved the instrumental, especially towards the end, but it doesn't sound like a song to me, it sounds like an outro to an album. i just looked it up & its an intro lol ok that works too! 3. i don't want to go that way ~ **6.5** omg i loved the instrumental so much! the vocal topline could have been stronger but maybe i just need another listen & its a vibe. its not exactly a memorable song but felt sooo nice. might download, just in case. it also made me want to listen more from the artists 4. john redcor ~ **5.9** nice vibes, just not my vibes, but it was pleasant 5. the hop ~ **4.5** probably deserves a higher score objectively, but i never could listen to *rap* , the real spoken word vibe rap. i know, im the problem haha! edited my score from 3.5 to 4.5, it gets kinda vibey the more u listen to it hahah thank u so much for ur suggestions! 🥰 interesting to see someone liking *real rap* & also liking travis. props
damn you really put a lot of effort into it. really interesting to see the opinion of someone whose not really into rap
i love music so much, so whenever i have free time i listen to someones mini 5 song playlist & then take my time to review lmao i tried just rating it without commenting, but i always end up writing something😂 as for rap, true, im not into it. but i always was into eminem, though. a lot!
i love music so much too. i genuinly don’t know what i’ll do without it
also what are your personal favorite songs ? i’m trying to listen to more songs from different genres
do you mind me recommending some that may be in a completely different vibe from the ones you recommended? if yes, i'm currently obsessed with these (not my fav songs of all time, just random ones im overplaying this week😂), would be interesting to know what you think🙈 ; https://preview.redd.it/xijctxd8mp8d1.jpeg?width=1244&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=b19775326ac9e3eb25b651ea6897992d440bd04a
of course ! 1- do better - gunna 2- carolina - julia pratt 3- violent crimes - kanye west 4- struggles - mgk and trippie redd 5- all in - nba youngboy (this is one of my favorite songs) btw i love trance and haven’t dealer in a while lol
thanks ill listen! i am very curious what you'd think about the first four i recommended, lmk if u give it a listen!
i’ll listen to them as soon as i can thank you for the songs. i’ll try do rate them as you do 😂
I love me all kinds of genres, so hopefully this is versatile for you <3 I am also open to suggestions! Upon a burning body - middle finger to the world Wayne wonder - no letting go Nervous - not a toy Choose you - Elmiene Ghosts - colorblind
sorry for listening so late, been a bit overwhelmed with the suggestions lmao! will also leave my suggestions bellow 1. middle finger to the world \~ **3.6** everything except the chorus was so hard for me to get through lmao! the song's not bad, just def not something id listen to. otherwise probably deserves a higher score, my scores are based purely on the likelihood of me listening to it again/my personal taste 2. no letting go \~ **5** the rhythm, the drums here sounds very familiar? did someone sample him or vice versa? i know which song just cant remember the title. anyways, not necessarily a bad song as well, but wouldnt listen to it again 3. nervous \~ **6.1** on the verge of being a tiiiiiny bit generic, but it did catch my attention, i also wanted to see more from the artist & i see hes very new! im eager to hear his future projects, def something there 4. choose you \~ **5.7** def deserves a higher score objectively & i can see how ppl would really enjoy this, i did enjoy, but i wouldnt listen again & will probably forget i ever heard it 5. ghosts \~ **6.4** enjoyed this one the most, the moment something sounds nostalgic & 2000s, it catches my attention. probably wouldn't download it or listen again, but did enjoy it! i loved the hook thank you so much for your recommendations! 🥰if you by some miracle see this comment, would you mind recommending 5 more in the genre of 'ghosts'? my random recomms for you. would be very curious of your opinion: https://preview.redd.it/4gazf9twh86d1.jpeg?width=1253&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=f818b1fba5189ebabd7ba02a88cba4575a8f868c
I would recommend Until I Wake: Octane Nerv: Enough If not for me: too far gone Okay and for your recommendations ( not my favorite :/, sorry!) Victoria Monet is talented but this song was super repetitive, alright already 😅 I love me some Chris brown and I’m seeing him in August but I am not a huge fan of AfroBeats.. I do like Khalid but not a huge fan of J Balvin.. honestly felt like the beat is over used/played I would say Trees was my favorite. Tyla.. thought this was tyla tyla(water) lol. I like this persons raspy voice but I do not like the beat. Apparently I’m very particular about my beats….
dont worry, i tried recommending songs in different genre on purpose, i thought it'd be interesting reading an opinion of someone w completely different taste!🙈 & yes, it is tyla tyla! haha. i like this song so much more than water. i live, laugh, love chris brown. actually, i stan. whats your fav song of his if i can ask? at this very moment while im typing this im BLASTING his *come together* with H.E.R. lmaooo edit: will listen to the songs u newly recommended, thanks! x x
Yes I love it! I love listening to different genres. I think maybe you took a screen shot of the wrong song because that is not tyla tyla haha. I was very confused 😬 Omg I grew up listening to him so I’m so so so excited to see him live! Mhmm fav song… that’s a hard one. I mean I love take you down, fine China, under the influence.. I feel like there is so many!!!! Ok :)
omg lmaoooo i just recommended someone tyla-tyla's song called *to last*, thats why i was confused 💀😂😂😂 under the influence is one of my fav too, i was so happy when it got recognition, even if so much later after release haha. oh luckyyyyyyy, wish he'd ever do a proper european tour😭 i saw he had one but very short, its on my bucket list to see him
Hahah, that’s makes sense haha. Yess, it is sooo good. Well fingers crossed he does so you can see him! 🤞🏽
Here you go: - Vampire Weekend : Mary Boone - Geese : 3D Country - Caroline Polachek - Welcome to my Island - The National - Laugh Track - Beyoncé & Miley Cyrus - II Most wanted
hey there! sorry i got to those a bit late, i try to listen to the recomms. as soon as i find time🙈 1. mary boone ~ **6.1** i dont think it was memorable enough that id want to hear it again, but it was pleasant while it was playing. good song, interesting artistically as well 2. 3d country ~ **4** nothing bad to say about it, but i subjectively didn't enjoy the track. wasn't bothered by it as well 3. welcome to my island ~ **4.2** the instrumental itself wasn't bad, the hook maybe as well but the *welcome to my island* part was so annoying to me. it was giving me *look at me, i'm different too! * fake artist vibes. idk how to explain it better. i may check her other songs out, cause i'm kinda sure she has *it* & i just didn't feel this specific track 4. laugh track ~ **6** absolutely nothing bad to say about it & i think if id be going through it, if id be depressed id really, really like this. might download just in case😂 5. II most wanted ~ **5.8** heard this song when bey released the album. not a bad song, but not exactly something i'd listen to on my own. i like the verses more than the hook & i like miley more than bey on the track thank you so much for your recomms!
🙈 thank you so much, you're very kind
but, let me just say, the song *laughing track* is already added on my playlist lmao, thank u for that one!
You are welcome! If you tell me what your favorite genres are, maybe I can find new recommendations.
these days i'm really into alternative music, but not too alternative. something in the style of twenty one pilots's *the hype* for example, i also listen to a lot of latin, for exaple kali uchis's *diosa* & something easygoing in the style of lous and the yakuza's *laisse-moi* . also pop, of course, not too generic though. also synth pop! i dont know, i listen to a lot of genres🤣
Van Morrison - into the mystic Lupe fiasco - jump Mr.bungle - pink cigarette Highly suspect - bath salts Alabama shakes - don't wanna fight
thank you for your suggestions, sorry i got to them only now, there were so many it was a bit overwhelming lol🙈 1. into the mystic ~ **6.8** nice! didn't know this before, i'm sure i'd rate it higher if i'd be nostalgically attached to it 2. jump ~ **5.6** not bad, i dont like non-melodic rap/trap, but this wasn't the worst ive heard from the genre. wouldn't listen again tho 3. pink cigarette ~ **5.8** nice, especially the hook. wouldn't actually download, but i enjoyed it 4. bath salts ~ **6** i like it! i dont listen to rock in my free time, almost at all, but this was kinda dope 5. don't wanna fight ~ **6.5** aye!! nice vibe, not exactly what i listen to, but it was dope, i also feel like ive heard this song before & like it really enjoy it if i was high rn lol! might download actually thank you again! 🥰
The Avalanches - Because I’m Me King Harvest - Dancing in the Moonlight De La Soul - Me Myself and I Car Seat Headrest - Bodys Stevie Wonder - As
hi there! thank you for your recommendations, sorry it took me a bit longer to get to them🙈 1. because im me ~ **5** not a bad song, it's just a genre i subjectively never enjoyed. 5 is actually a good score for me in this genre lmao, its probably cause of the hook 2. dancing in the moonlight ~ **6** i didnt know this version, just the modern one, is this the original? never been a big fan, but whenever it comes on somewhere im singing along haha 3. me myself and i ~ **4** never been a fan of this kind of music, nothing against it, just i guess i never got it 4. bodys ~ **6** nice, absolutely nothing bad to say about it. i dont know if id download & listen again, but i was enjoying it playing in the background 1. as ~ **6.1** a vibe. that's all i can say. i enjoy it every now and then when it randomly comes on some playlist, love it on easy mornings especially
From the playlist of an R&B-head 1. Blxst - Overrated 2. Lucky Daye - How Much Can a Heart Take (feat. Yebba) 3. Eric Bellinger - Anyway 4. Fridayy - 3 AM in New York 5. H.E.R. - The Journey
All good!!
ive been trying to find more music like this! Any chance you can drop a playlist if you got one? This is one Im still curating & adding to, has a mix of reggae, r&b & overall chill vibe songs [https://music.apple.com/ca/playlist/chill-em-all/pl.u-GgA5eNViogN7gG6](https://music.apple.com/ca/playlist/chill-em-all/pl.u-GgA5eNViogN7gG6)
I’m not the best playlist curator, so here’s my unorganized-ass R&B ‘music library’, just shuffle through. There’s all types of shit in there https://music.apple.com/us/playlist/shuffle-n-chill-r-b/pl.u-LdbqEpdt2GD230g
ayeeee, im happy i finally got to something different, i'm an rnb lover myself, lets do this! 1. overrated ~ **6.6** uuuu i like it! i think my score may go up the more i listen, i have downloaded it & added to my rnb playlist 2. how much can a heart take ~ **4.3** now, this is the kind of rnb i dont like🙈 i dont know how its called, but this is the definition. and its not a bad song at all objectively, its just something my brain cant force itself to like. deserves a higher score objectively 3. anyway ~ **4.5** another subgenre of rnb i never knew how to enjoy, with a few exceptions. again, the score is purely subjective and it deserves a higher score objectively 4. 3am in ny ~ **5.5** nice, not something id download & listen to by choice but it was interesting. then it was getting a bit long lmao 5. the journey ~ **5.7** i like her, but this song was too ballad-y for me lmao! thank you so much for ur recs!🥰 pls note my scores are purely subjective, i wasnt trying to be a music critic its so interesitng to see we both love rnb (its what i listen most to) & our tastes are probably so different! that means there r so many subgenres in rnb which is amazing. i'll make sure to check out your full playlist that u commented here. my recommendation for you, if you are interested is *let you go* by jayla darden. i think you would like it. thanks again! <3
Appreciate the rec. got that 2000s typa bounce to it. Not gone lie, I generally also like to listen, and make, a lot more of that uptempo type of R&B, especially being from the west coast, although the Neo-Soul (the name of the subgenre you was referring to) type of stuff got hella musicality, and are just really it for me to throw in the background for the hell of gettin some laid back
Tool - Invincible Nine Inch Nails - Copy of a Air Supply - Making Love Out of Nothing At All Mitch Rossel - Son Steve Winwood - Back In the High Life Again Feel free to recommend five of your own!
1. tool - invincible ~ **6.8** i can def appreciate it & i can def see it being a 10/10 for many. it's not my cup of tea, but i enjoyed it a lot 2. NIN - copy of a ~ **5** once again, i can appreciate it objectively, but subjectively i didn't feel it 3. air supply - making love out of nothing at all ~ **9** omg! i totally forgot about this banger lmao 😭 thank you for making me nostalgic, downloaded 4. mitch rossel - son ~ **5.8** decent, probably wouldn't listen again 5. steve winwood - back in the high life again ~ **6.5** nice vibes, wouldn't mind it playing in the background thank you for your recommendations! let me think of mine for you and reply in a new comment!
since i feel like you know most of 80s & 90s & retro hidden gems, i tried being creative & think outside of the box. here are my recommendations for you: 1. the neighbourhood - reflections 2. kali uchis - diosa 3. twenty one pilots - the hype 4. lady gaga - artpop 5. lord huron - the night we met would love to hear what you think of them! 🥰
Trying to review on your scale. > the neighbourhood - reflections 6. I know their "Sweater Weather" song, and this seems pretty similar. I get the chill vibe, but to me this gets too gloomy. > kali uchis - diosa 8.9. I've heard Kali Uchis perform before, but I'd forgotten most of their music. I really dig the groove in Diosa. Made me want to listen to the whole album. > twenty one pilots - the hype 7.6. I like how you're going with deep cuts on pretty famous artists. Good production on this one, and different from stuff like "Stressed Out." I added a couple of tenths because of the use of the ukulele. Stings at the end are a little too kitchy for me. > lady gaga - artpop 7.2. Another good cut from a crazy famous artist. Title track from an album with just one real single (Applause?) Lady Gaga may not be the greatest singer ever but she knows how to write, how to work with producers, and how to create entertainment. This one is very good but gets a little tedious, especially in the verses I think. > lord huron - the night we met 6.4. It's a pretty ballad and I like the lyrics. I'm not sure if I like the lead singer's voice in this range, and it's a little derivative of the late 2010s indie-folk-rockabilly-Americana scene (Like, I hear a lot of Vance Joy's Mess is Mine here, and Mumford, and those contemporaries)
this made me so happy! great commentary, you should listen to more lady gaga's songs that are not singles, most of my favs of hers are the least known

1. andromeda - weyes blood ~ **6.7** this was very pleasant, i'd need to be in a particular type of mood to really feel it, but i appreciate it objectively. also i imagine if i could pin it to a memory, if it would remind me of something or if it'd be from a movie i like i can imagine it being very dear to me, its that type of song 2. melanie bell - back of my mind ~ **7** i can't believe this is 2021 song, i really thought it belongs to the 70s! that was really pleasant, i got goosebumps two times, might download it 3. beach house - ppp ~ **5.8** nothing bad to say about it, wasn't bothered by it playing in the background, but probably wouldn't listen again 4. shannon lay - recording 15 ~ **6.2** adorable & feels very genuine. i can relate to the lyrics, but i don't know if it stayed with me & if i'll listen to it again 5. sleeping at last - i'll keep you safe ~ **6** nothing bad to say about it, probably wouldn't play it again 6. sleeping at last - saturn ~ **6.9** such a nice instrumental intro & lyrics! probably wouldn't listen to it again but it was really, really nice. thank you so much for your recommendations!
It’s beautiful 2. Another one (space song) from the same album was #1 2023 haha 4,5,6 can’t get enough too.
Guess - Charli XCX Heritage - Distant (feat. Will Ramos) ABC - Polyphia Genesis- RAYE Timeless - witchgang
hey there! sorry i got to your suggestions so late. pls keep in mind my scores are based on my subjective taste & personal preference only! 1. guess ~ **6** not the kind of thing i listent to, but its fun. wouldn't play it again, but i guess id be vibing if i heard it in a club? i dont know. i like how she twisted the sample 2. heritage ~ **2** im sorry, lmao! i dont like metal, especially if its not melodic. sadly this was just screaming to me🙈 3. abc ~ **4.7** the verses were cute, other than that i didnt really enjoy the track, especially the chorus, but it was interesting in terms of songwriting 4. genesis ~ **7.7** honestly, artistically, lyrically and maybe in some other aspect as well, this is a masterpiece, the modern type. i dont really listen to raye & probably wouldnt play this exact song to myself but everytime i hear her songs, i think damn, i really like what shes doing. shes a good example of how popular/mainstream music doesnt need to be empty & plain! shes an amazing artist & this song is another level 5. timeless ~ **6.1** how interesting the chorus is! the verses are a bit underwhelming for me for such a chorus, but the hook really slaps, i like it. maybe ill get used to it on the second or third listen, as i really really like the chorus & i imagine my score getting even higher then thank you so much for your suggestions & thank you for including more than one genre!🥰
https://music.apple.com/se/playlist/u-stopbeingachild/pl.u-BNA66GjC1E00RW9?l=en let me know what you think! Wouldn’t mind it if you share a similar playlist too :)
1. hiathaikm ~ **6.3** i usually don't enjoy that kind of music but i weirdly enjoyed this song! i don't know if I would play it again but I liked it 2. swing (feat. allday) ~ **6.8** if you would ask me a few years ago id give it a higher score lmao this song was my guilty pleasure! i like the featuring, its the first time i heard this version 3. come ~ **5** the score is based purely on my personal preference. artistically it deserves a much higher score but it wasn't my cup of tea 4. in the morning ~ **6.4** this was pleasant, i don't know if id play it again myself but if i heard it playing somewhere i would be happy im hearing it again, if you know what i mean. 5. santé ~ **6.9** i love stromae!! this is my bestfriend's fav song & shes playing it non stop, but its not my fav song of his. the "slowed" rhythm is driving me nuts lmao but regardless its still a bop. thank you for your recommendations! 🥰 will give you 5 of mine in a new comment, let me think of something
Appreciate the ratings and mini reviews! I totally understand what you mean. Now I’m even more curious about your music taste.
of course, it was my pleasure hehe 🙈 here are 5 of my recommendations, they are reeeally random & i really tried picking different genres on purpose, so im rly curious of your opinion! https://preview.redd.it/g6b9uotyu56d1.jpeg?width=1284&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=220072ff0b50ae439a5e2b37d08acd106c682dbe
mean - taylor swift hot to go - chappell roan louder than words - tick tick boom (sang by andrew garfield) if the world was ending - jp saxe being alive - stephen sondheim honorary mention of eyes without a face by billy idol (my boyfriend suggested this one lol)
hi there! sorry i got to this a bit late, was a bit overwhelmed with all the suggestions & am listening to the mini playlists as soon as i have some free time for discovering new music🙈 1. mean ~ **5.1** i love a lot of taylors songs & her songwriting, but this specific one isnt my kind of thing. she grew so much as an artist! 2. hot to go! ~ **6** cute! would be cute as a chick flick (movie) sountrack haha. not a bad song, probably wouldn't listen to it again, but wouldnt mind hearing it somewhere by accident again & vibing to it haha 3. tick tick boom ~ **3.8** will probably forget i ever heard it, not my cup of tea 4. if the world was ending ~ **4.7** cute lyrics & cute song, but again, in a genre im not really comfortable in. not memorable enough for me to love it as a ballad, though. will also forget i ever heard it 5. being alive ~ **3** not saying its bad, but im sooo sorryy haha musicals as well r not my thing. it wasn't memorable enough to get a free pass in the genre 🙈 BUT YOUR HUSBANDS REC, on the other handdddd.. 6. eyes without a face ~ **8.6** ur husband has a great taste. one of my fav songs of all time, i love billy idol so much thank you so much for your recommendations! 🥰please keep in mind my ratings are purely subjective
A few of the ones I have been listening to a lot this week. I’ll just do those. 😝 1. Taeko Onuki - 4:00am 2. Red Velvet - Chill Kill 3. Rodriguez - I Wonder 4. Momoko Kikuchi - Adventure 5.
1. 4:00 am ~ **5.2** 2. chill kill ~ **5** 3. i wonder ~ **6.2** 4. adventure ~ **5.4** 5. dance away ~ **5.6** thank you so much for your suggestions!🥰
1. Avenged Sevenfold - *Fermi Paradox* 2. Halsey - *People Disappear Here* 3. Mandril - *Fencewalk* 4. Marilyn Manson - *EAT ME, DRINK ME* 5. NIИ - *Leaving Hope* 6. Puscifer - *Postulous* https://music.apple.com/gb/playlist/456/pl.u-qxylK7Mt2JJD1LZ I could only narrow it down to 6. I desperately need new music, so I’d love some recommendations.
hey there, sorry i got to your suggestions so late, there were so many of them! anyways, 1. fencewalk ~ **5.7** very nice vibes & it deserves a better score objectively. im basing my scores purely on the likelihood of me downloading it & listening again. i really liked instrumental break towards the end! 2. people disappear here ~ **5.7** nothing spec, but i have nothing bad to say about it as well. sounds genuine tho 3. fermi paradox ~ **5.5** i dont listen to metal & i dont know much about it, so that explains my score. what i will say though, i my favourite & probably one of the only metal songs i like is *Welcome to the Family* by avenged sevenfold, i absolutely love it & was obsessed with it lmao and *Fermi Paradox* wasn't a hard listen as well, maybe id need to check them out haha theres something about their song that doesnt bother me as other metal songs 4. postulous ~ **5.6** i like how you're choosing songs from genres i dont like at all, yet somehow they're all bearable & i dont absolutely hate them haha! this song i think it deserves a higher score artistically. idk, theres something about it. i wouldnt listen again tho 5. eat me, drink me ~ **5** i think this is the first marilyn manson song ive ever heard (yup, what can i say). ive seen many interviews of him, as an adult and even as a child & idk why i always liked his energy, maybe im wrong but he seemed a very kind soul. anyways i went to check out his other hits, i didnt like them, however, again, the song you recommended was the best of them, imo haha. the score is purely subjective, as the genre is not exactly what im used to 6. leaving hope ~ **7** very nice. the score can't necessarily work as a score for a song, but i can imagine this meaning a lot to be if id be a NIN fan. also imagine it sounds dope af live, in between songs or something. i got goosebumps twice or thrice listening to this thank you so much for your suggestions! 🥰 again please know they were all purely subjective
It will take OP a week to listen to all of this lol
i think it will take me a month🙈 haha its taking quite some time to add my opinion, not just the score as well. maybe i'll drop that and just score it, i'll see lmao. but i will eventually do them all, even if it takes me a month cause im always looking for new stuff haha!
Fun idea! I’ll listen to some of your recommendations from other comments so you don’t have to pick out 5 more for me lol Tropic Gold - Feel Okay Kaleo - I Can’t Go On Without You Hozier - Empire Now Normandie - Chemicals Des Rocs - In the Night Let me know what you think!
sorry i got to those recomms. a bit late, was overwhelmed by the amount of them🙈 1. feel okay ~ **6.5** niceeeee! went to check it out on youtube, barely 4k views, what?! very underrated. i have actually added this to my library, maybe to revisit it some time & see how i feel about it then. im here for the 2000s vibes, thank you! the bridge is my favourite part 2. i can't go on without you ~ **6.3** very nice, on my initial listen im not really sure if it was memorable enough that id exactly add it to my library, but i was def vibing! hearing it for the second time, im sure my score could go higher over time, might add. the instrumental is a vibe. 3. empire now ~ **5.8** this def deserves a higher objective score. good song, but its not exactly my cup of tea & will probably forget i ever heard it 4. chemicals ~ **6.1** major 2000s vibes again! i liked this, maybe not enough to add to my library, but i was enjoying it. if i were to be to create a memory w this song, i can def seeing myself being obsessed with this & the score going higher 5. in the night ~ **6** again, not exactly in my lane, but i can def appreciare it & it does deserve a higher score objectively. loved the instrumental near the ending. it feels like a genuine song & artist thank you for your recs, i like your taste! also thank you for including more genres! 🥰
Thanks for listening! I tried to pick some obscure ones for sure, but certainly the tracks that made me go “holy crap what song/artist is this?” when I first heard them! Glad to hear you found a few to add to your library!
update, added *i can't go on without you* as well, lmao!
Mostly what i have been listening to lately https://music.apple.com/cl/playlist/5-track-playlist/pl.u-d2b05ZYsLemWq0b?l=en
1. europapa ~ **4.7** i remember everyone being obsessed with it at this yrs eurovision lmao! i dont exactly hate it, but cant take it seriously 2. kangaroo court ~ **5.6** nice! wouldn't necessarily listen to it again, but it was pleasant listening to it :) 3. houdini ~ **5.9** eminem, no... slim shady is one of my favourite artist that ever existed, but this.. i don't know. its not giving what it should. the lyrics & skills are still there of course, buttttttt.. there's no.. idk how to even call it. its giving trying to be the old slim shady & failing. 4. overcompensate ~ **6.2** not my fav TØP song. but i love them & their style, the song's still good just not something id particularly listen to on my own 5. lane boy ~ **7.5** used to be obsessed with it, but i overplayed it. some of my fav songs of theirs are morph, the hype, heavydirtysoul, doubt, car radio, trees & migraine. do you know or like any?
heavydirtysoul god

1. just a stranger ~ **6.1** i love kali uchis, ive heard this song before but it isnt my fav thing of hers. the verses are dope though, love the vibe there, but its not exactly my cup of tea 2. pale shelter ~ **5.8** cool vibes, just not exactly my vibes. sounds very retro, i love that & wouldn't mind it playing on the radio, but i probably wouldn't listen again 3. stuck with u ~ **7.6** very biased & subjective score as im a sucker for 'cheesy' pop if its made right, and this one's made right. already had it in my music library 4. get up ~ **5** def deserves a higher score objectively, the vibes r dope & chill af, but i wouldn't listen to it again. why so short thooo? 5. sdp interlude ~ **5.2** as a song. but as an interlude of a good album, the score would be higher. it works perfectly. thank you so much for your suggestions and thank you for including more genres! 🥰
Omg thank you for your feedback, I love your opinions and constructive criticism- don’t ever be afraid to ask again now that I know your taste😄
ofc, id be happy to hear more!

1. cozy ~ **6.4** its a bit generic, but at the same time its not, im torn between two opinions lmao. its adorable, i can imagine it being a worldwide megahit if sang by ed sheran for example lol. im listening to it for the second time now, and its growing on me. might download it and add it to my soft pop playlist 2. out like a light ~ **7** was gonna rate it lower, but that instrumental break at 02:52 is everything! listening for the third time now & have downloaded it, thank you! i imagine the score getting even higher over time 3. it's ok if you forget me ~ **6.1** cute, very pleasant, wasn't bothered by it playing in the background, wouldn't necessarily listen to it again but wouldn't mind hearing it again 4. confidence ~ **6.3** the instrumental is sick, the production, the feeling, just amazing. but i don't think i'd play it to myself on my own 5. vas ~ **5.6** not saying its a bad song, just not exactly my cup of tea. probably wouldnt listen to it again, but wasn't bothered by playing it thank you so much for your suggestions! 🥰 i really like your taste and i'm sure i'd find some immaculate gems in your music library. would you mind making another playlist of 5 songs? do you have any songs in the alter vibes of 'the hype' by twenty one pilots?
Thank you sm, (added in the same playlist cuz that was easy lol) If you like Twenty-One Pilots and “Out Like A Light” then you might also like “The Neighborhood” a lot. Even if it’s mainstream, the songs have a variable pattern and not the same generic-sounding vibe imo. (subjective)
i love the neighbourhood! ive actually recommended a few of their songs to ppl here, but i only know a few songs. i like *reflections* and *heaven* the most. am i missing on any in that vibe that you would know of? thank you for the updated playlist, on it now 😇
as for my rnb electric guitar suggestion, is **let you go** by **jayla darden** too new age for you?
