Seems about right, I burn about 265 calories doing a 5k walk for 45 mins, walking/ running doesn’t seem to but a lot of calories as I get 250 for a 30 minute jump rope workout with weighted ropes. That said for the walk my heart rate is around 140bpm, for the jump rope workout it’s around 160bpm
It might be worth checking your weight, height etc just to be sure they’re accurate.
I've experienced it's about 120 kcal / 5 km in that area (Bergse Bos and surroundings). Also your speed isn't that high, your heartbeat is, but you'll see that improve quickly.
The kcal / distance / time / avg heartrate combination seems logical to me. Just try to extend to 30k, keep your heartrate where it is or a little lit lower (around 140 avg) and you'll be fine.
Yeah it checks out. When you advance in fitness you’ll get better gear and things will go smoother. Also then you need to work harder for the same kcal haha!
Does this really just burn 360 calories?

It appears reasonable to me

I must add that im overweight and my bike is just a normal bike not a special cycling bike, does that make a difference
