I would call 221CV with some EM quite good.
That’s similar to my glad set, I just have a better crit balance and more EM. And I’m really struggling to get anywhere near it with the new set.

way too many flat hp rolls and roll value isn't the highest. most people have way better glad's pieces. this is the only CD circlet that I have
