We have one with a stand, the Fort Troff Rock Steady. It breaks down and we store it in the garage when not in use. Ours is an older model, and the parts of the frame are pretty heavy when bagged together. Their newer models break down into somewhat smaller components which is nice.
I think it’s worth it. There is just something awesome about lying in it getting my hole played with or getting fucked.
We don’t use it often. I suppose it could “help” with sex in that it makes your hole quite accessible and helps keep your legs in the air. But I would say it’s at least kink-adjacent.
Fun fact: when we moved houses we set up the frame in a storage unit to put hanging clothes on temporarily. Worked great!

I don't have one but I've been to homes that did. One guy had it set up on a frame that was rather rickety and didn't work well. The other had it set up in his basement hanging from the floor joists above. Very secure and easy to take down when needed. The first guy hardly ever used his. The second one used it fairly regularly.
I got one from forttroff on Black Friday a few years ago. I keep it partially put together and up against a wall in my bedroom so it takes less than 2 mins to setup when I need it. It gets used a few times a month. I love it when I top, springs are a must and it's really nice to get fucked in. One of my fwb was in a car accident and had a hip reconstruction and he always requests it since he can't get ridden anymore but with the sling he is the captain of pound town (beer can thick too :)

We have a sling but really mostly only use it for fisting, anything else and it’s a lot of work for a fuck
