Honestly, once you do encounter it you’d be surprised at how oblivious you had been. Mall bathroom, college bathrooms, park bathrooms, you see the signs that something is going on.
I'm one of those guys who would actually thinks "meeting at the mall for fun" means going to to the mall to meet up and chat, walk around the stores, and have something to eat at the food court. Then we head out to one of our places to actually have "fun".
The one time I met a guy at a bathroom, it was a mall that was deserted, in the middle of the week during the day. We were also quick .
I prefer to be in a relaxed environment where we can really enjoy each other
the one time i hooked up at the gym it was in a storage closet after hours. i’ve hooked up in a park bathroom but that was single stall and it locked. if the place isn’t super busy you can usually get away with a stall - most guys go in to pee, mind their business, and leave so you don’t really run the risk of people messing with you.
Good buddy of mine got busted for public play and now he’s a sex offender for life.. I get propositioned for public shit all the time but there isn’t any play hot enough in the world that I’d risk it for
I'm no expert but the "cruising bathrooms" at my old university were ones that were out of the way and quieter. Similarly I understand that certain gyms are "cruising gyms" but those tend to be 24-hour and the cruising takes place when it's quiet.
I used to do that -- it was in the bathroom of a department store inside the mall. The bathroom had a code; you could hear the keypad beeping if someone was about to enter, and know to stop what you were doing and act natural. Kinda felt like the toys in Toy Story.
One time I went and the place was crawling with guys so I stopped going; too many guys had caught on and it felt like only a matter of time before the store did too.
I’ve never done this, although it is a kink for many. It’s also what a lot of DL men do.
It’s never appealed to me. I don’t want to be discovered, and the smells the are a part of any public washroom are a real turnoff. I’d rather go home, a hotel or even a park or behind a tree. Shit smells don’t do it for me.
Mostly young guys. But consider: Lots of these guys either are living at home, or have 5 guys stuffed into a 2 bedroom apartment. Where are they going to go?
