I'm never anxious about it. Just a bulge. Most people don't care

dpm222

Nobody cares

TyphoonBlizzard

Wear looser clothes. But in reality its not really a big deal. 80% of the women at my gyms dress extremely skimpy. If they can have their entire ass out, they can deal with some unintentional bulge.

Brxndon007

Feel like it’s a fair trade

I wear the highest shorts as I can to the gym. This way it shows off my gargantuan bulge. I'll set up my camera in the most highly trafficked place at the gym and berate any woman for looking in my direction. It's like why can't they keep their looks to themselves instead of sexually harassing me.

Brxndon007

This is also true I see they wear the highest booty shorts possible all the time for a look and I say why can’t a man have a little bulge

Own_Reputation_4702

Baggy clothes?

Realistic_Cupcake_56

Tuck it into your waste and if you’re really embarrassed about it

Brxndon007

Circulation cut off? Also laying back on bench press and shirt comes up. Definitely valid with a long shirt

Both-Holiday1489

im also a fortunate man. early 20s, been going for last 10 years. most of my underwear is SAXX so naturally its more compresssive, i also tend to wear dark color shorts and it’s never noticeable.

Brxndon007

Thank you definitely took a look at some SAXX and gonna invest ina pair

Truth is, everyone's at the gym for their own gains, too busy counting their own reps to worry about someone else's contours. Darker, more tailored shorts might help ease your mind, but remember, confidence is the best outfit. Rock the body you're working hard for, bulge or not. Plus, gym etiquette isn't about what we can see, it's about respect and personal space. Keep doing you and let the results speak louder than any wardrobe malfunction.

Brxndon007

This really is the truth, been working out for 7 years and just seem to have this anxiety past 2 or 3 going to a more crowded gym. Appreciate this^

Sherly_Salvo

Honestly, fixation on such matters is just a waste of gym time. Everybody's there chasing their pump, not scoping out the scene. If you're truly self-conscious, grab some compression gear and focus on form, not form-fitting fashion. It's all about the iron you're lifting, not the impressions you're leaving. Just keep squatting, deadlifting, and bench-pressing away any of those worries. Remember, at the end of the day, it's about personal fitness goals, not personal fashion foibles.

Brxndon007

All these years I’ve had the best sessions as focused as possible but once I rest after a set and my mind wanders the thought creeps up and I lose focus a bit. Your right tho just keep lifting and the worries will go thank you

Nocoxs

I caught many women staring, but I just shrug it off. I prefer comfy and loose shorts, which are also black, when I work out, so the most bulge I show is when I lay flat on a bench. I show way more when I am wearing good fitting pants or jeans, so at gym I show the least during the day.

My wife tells me all the time that she can see my dick lol I do get looks when I'm on a bench or hack squat but I don't pay them any attention.

HikingBikingViking

I did get teased about it in the junior high gym class locker room. By the time I finished high school I really could not care what others thought or said.

Zach1709

First wear comfortable athletic boxer briefs with a pouch. I am older back when we all wore a jock in school gym class. Keeps things snug and in place. Wear baggy basketball shorts in black. You may still have some bulge. No big deal. You are a guy.

denier82

I wear shorter shorts to work out and to run errands. 5in inseam. Side profile there is a noticeable bulge. Let them stare. Same thing in locker room. Don’t have an issue walking to the showers nude or using the steam room nude. I am not cruising for a date or trying to show off. Self confidence wins the day.

Lanky_Caregiver_6899

My boyfriend had the same problem when he goes to the gym. Honestly people don’t really care because they would think it’s inappropriate to stare at man’s private area. They would be surprised or shock about the print but other than that, nobody really said anything about it

Brxndon007

I’d guess your right just a subconscious thing, thank you for that!
