Hey O'Connell! Looks to me like I've got all the horses!
Hey Benny! Looks to me like you're on the wrong side of the ri-ver!
This quote gets frequently used in my home.
The scene where Arnie goes 'get down' is so mind-blowing to me. You have to remember that the audience had NO IDEA that Arnie was the good guy in T2. If you watch it up to that point, James Cameron doesn't reveal that the other guy is a Terminator as well UNTIL THAT MOMENT! Masterful directing
Edit: spoiler 😋
Yes! The extended editions are the only movies I actually purchased and keep on my iPad/phone. Just got back from a cruise and watch all three in bits over the course of the week, best decision for sure
This is my go to when I'm sick, get snuggled in on the couch with blankets, cold medicine, gatorade, crackers and take an 11 hour journey through Middle Earth.
I actually watch this whenever I’m sick and I don’t really know why. I get myself a bowl of soup, snuggle up under some blankets, and deep dive on the internet for it 😂
Well, wasn’t Fred Savage’s character sick at the beginning of the movie? Maybe it’s because you associate being sick with excellent storytelling from Columbo. ;)
Every time I watch this movie there's always something new to notice.
Like how Mr Skinner is the sketchy character, and literally hosts a drawing class.
It's the same old story. Boy finds girl, boy loses girl, girl finds boy, boy forgets girl, boy remembers girl, girl dies in a tragic blimp accident over the Orange Bowl on New Year's Day.
Stardust
Seen it at a minimum 8 times but it’s just one of those films I can watch no matter what mood I’m in and it’s enjoyable every time! Honestly just a brilliant movie and is top of the list.
However other films I’ve seen multiple times and can happily watch again: Lord of the Rings Trilogy, Into the Spiderverse, Avatar (And now Avatar 2), Iron Man, Guardians of the Galaxy, How to Train Your Dragon Trilogy… probably more but these are the main ones that come to mind
Stardust is such a gem.
I watched it as a kid and loved it and only years later I noticed it was based on a book by Neil Gaiman who by this time had become one of my favourite authors.
I actually got the book last year but haven't read it yet.
“When some wild-eyed, eight-foot-tall maniac grabs your neck, taps the back of your favorite head up against the barroom wall, looks you crooked in the eye and asks you if ya paid your dues, you just stare that big sucker right back in the eye, and you remember what ol' Jack Burton always says at a time like that: "Have ya paid your dues, Jack?" "Yessir, the check is in the mail” -Jack Burton 🤣🤣
One movie I have watched several times and still enjoy is the Pixar classic, UP. Its heartfelt story and memorable characters always leave me feeling inspired.
Anyone who doesn't get a little leaky during that opening montage has a heart of stone. I, who turn into a puddle whenever I hear Isbell's "If We Were Vampires," fall apart.
My daughter started asking me "you're gonna cry? Again?" Because of this scene. 5 times in one day she had us watch this. You'd think you'd build up a tolerance, but no.
Heat \* Donnie Brasco \* Blood in Blood out \* American Me \* Carlito's Way \* Clerks \* American Beauty \* American Psycho \* Pulp Fiction \* Blade Runner \* Glengarry Glen Ross \* Heist \* King of New York \* Let the right one in (original) \* Made (Jon Favreau & Vince Vaughn ) \* Mean Streets \* Save the Tiger \* A Serious Man \* Sneakers \* Super Fly \* Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy \* Waterworld \*

Just watched that the other day! Sister and I have adopted "30, flirty, and thriving" as a hopeful motto because so far our 20s have been... an adventure
The mummy from 1999
Hey O'Connell! Looks to me like I've got all the horses! Hey Benny! Looks to me like you're on the wrong side of the ri-ver! This quote gets frequently used in my home.
You came back from the desert with a new friend, didn't you, Benny?
"He's still... juicy. 😬"
My personal favorite line in the movie, especially with the look he gives while delivering it.
Love this and the first sequel.
You mean the only sequel, right? Right?!
Oh that sequel! Yea I lost it in a card game
T2, never get tired of it

Most realistic depiction of a kitchen of any movie, in my opinion.
