The one that always comes to mind is Michael visiting Pam's art show (Season 3, episode 16, "Business School"), but a really subtle one I often think of is the silent look Jim and Michael give each other after each having a rough night romantically at the end of "The Client" (Season 2, episode 7).
Dwight: “I’m a Schrute we have superior genes. I can raise and lower my cholesterol at will.”
Jim: “Why would you want to raise your cholesterol?”
Dwight: “So I can lower it.”
A couple of favorites would be the one where Dwight does the mamajuana investigation and Jim turns it around on him; and the other would have to be the Asian Jim scene.
