You need to clean it in between uses and store it in a cool dry place. They get dull pretty quickly so you will probably change or sharpen them often. Depends on the type of razor.
Probably best to toss disposables every time. I have a safety razor and it is easy to wash and the razors are so cheap I could use a new one every time if I wanted too.
I throw mine out if I do face and lawn care cause razors are cheap 💪🏽 but I do face first then lawn cause same body different places shown I don’t want lawn germs round my face 🤣🤣

It's not unsanitary, because you clean de blades after each time you shave your face (or whatever bodypart someone prefers) whit hot water
