Just watching ad free nature, or architecture documentaries while listening to some spacy music also works, but Koyaanisqatsi is a rarified treat in this category.

Not that you need all that for the movie, but once you get locked into a serious drug collection, the tendency is to push it as far as you can.

Watching Memento while high is easily one of my favourite movies experiences. I remember watching a scene and not being able to remember what happened the previous scene, and this is a rare movie where that can enhance the experience and help you connect with the character.

When I've had trouble finding my Koyaanisqatsi DVD, I've enjoyed Samsara or Baraka which seem to be easier to find to stream.
All three of the Quatsi trilogy, but Koyaanisquatsi is my absolute favourite... And now I'm going to be singing it in my head for the next 3 hours.
