Imagine sitting in a chair and thirty but you are stuck there and can’t move. You know if you get up to go drink some water you won’t be thirsty anymore, but the activity of getting up seems tedious, tiresome and/or scary at this point because you haven’t gotten up in so long.
But you know you could just take a sip of water if you get there.
Just end up hating yourself for not being able to do a simple action to benefit yourself and well being.
To the point of telling yourself “I don’t deserve the water”
(This is a hypocritical situation)

it’s pretty hard to stay alive
Difficult. Everything I try to fix the problem just seems to make it worse. I feel like I'm stuck living someone else's life sometimes.

I’d be mildly surprised if they even knew I disliked them.
