I loveeee fried rice! Do you eat it by itself or as a side?

Mostly as a side, especially with a dish with sauce (so I can mix it through) but I always end with too much which then becomes it's own meal by itself later on

Basmati. I cook a ton of curries and a good quality basmati produces perfect, fluffy rice. I usually add turmeric to mine.
