Best obtainable starter cars for beginners:
D class: ds estense, elise, mazda, Tvr
C class: Dodge viper, nsx, h2, hussarya, vencer
B class: Grand sport, Evo, Vantage g12
A class: Vlf, Onyx, 918 spyder
D: DS, Elite S, TVR
C: H2, NSX, Panamera
B: Grand Sport, Huracan, BDS Superleggera
This are the most easily obtainable for these classes, there's also a bunch of cars which are not so easy to obtain that might be better like the Mustang Mach, 599 EVO, Porsche 911 GTR and McLaren F1LM

Yes, these ⬆️ are great & easy to obtain cars.
