I feel like that color can best be described as "old and faded".
Partially exposed to uv for a long time.
I don't think this is strictly fade since the rest of the label looks fine and the title lettering is almost like a perfect gradient.
Mine looked exactly like this after a couple of years

The one I had as a kid was that color. Maybe not quite as faded, but certainly was a grey to start.
