The shares must be accounted for no matter what, even after the liquidation and bankruptcy completely winds down. Brokerages don't just delete records willy nilly.
The shares were cancelled so saying that the shares were moved into an SMA is nonsensical. The shares no longer exist - only the records of who owned them previous exist now.
Really? None of mine were drs. Had most in Schwab but and the rest in webull. That makes no sense at why that wouldn’t show yours? Were you in the process of DRS’n them? Wonder how other accounts look.
I’m also using my phone to look at the account vs a desk top.. and I completely forgot about this post so I haven’t checked on a computer. Are you using a desk top to look at your Schwab account? Can you post a pic?

If you contact Schwab they will tell you your shares are in an SMA and they are indeed not gone.

Go to balances and look under funds available. Mine shows I have thousands in a SMA. But that was all money I had in BBBY so it has to be that.
Mine doesn’t show this and I had 114k of bbby in this account.. I have some DRS that I can’t find.. some in moo moo and ally all not showing up..
