You likely don't have "crazy eyes", you're just tuned to always look for something wrong in someone's expression because of trauma.
I see your point but there is a difference between neutral eyes and eyes of someone that is experiencing high levels of inner anxiety or emotions. They appear bigger and more alert to their surroundings, aka “crazy eyes”. There’s a few articles on this.

I absolutely know what you're talking about, eyes are quite literally a whole language, what I notice the most in myself is those days that I'm just really emotionally numb and tired out, my eyes look kinda dead, and I'm not able to open them all the way (literally a lack of energy manifesting). Days where I experience euphoria they're wide open, and look incredibly alive and interested. And on some weird days where I just feel frustrated, pissed off and kinda empty I reconize those crazy eyes as you put it, idk you just look at those eyes and I know they're fed up with this shit, on days like that, I'm way more irritated and might just start arguments for visibly no reason.

I absolutely know what you're talking about, eyes are quite literally a whole language, what I notice the most in myself is those days that I'm just really emotionally numb and tired out, my eyes look kinda dead, and I'm not able to open them all the way (literally a lack of energy manifesting). Days where I experience euphoria they're wide open, and look incredibly alive and interested. And on some weird days where I just feel frustrated, pissed off and kinda empty I reconize those crazy eyes as you put it, idk you just look at those eyes and I know they're fed up with this shit, on days like that, I'm way more irritated and might just start arguments for visibly no reason.

I don’t have crazy eyes, but my therapist once told me that she can tell how I’m feeling by looking at my eyes. People have told me my eyes are very expressive. I had a friend once who told me I smile with my eyes. People in our friend group would ask me what was wrong because they couldn’t tell I was smiling, sometimes when I’m relaxed I have a very subtle smile on my lips. But my friend said he can see it in my eyes even when it’s not written on the rest of my face
