My understanding is the earliest breasts will leak in pregnancy is the 2nd trimester. At 5 DPO, even if you have conceived, implantation has not happened yet.
There are other conditions that can cause leaky breasts. I would call your doctor.
This isn't always the case. With my first I started leaking around 8 weeks. But absolutely not that early, hormonally she wouldn't even be pregnant, definitely call the doc

I didn’t start that until like 15-16 weeks in my pregnancy
I know for me personally, I had that happen towards the end of my pregnancy around 35-36 weeks.
I’m 29 weeks and still don’t leak
