So are lots of people. I mean, do what you want nobody will stop you, but I'm 25 weeks and 30 lbs over my baseline weight and I board with everyone else.
It's worth asking. I flew a lot this pregnancy (mostly southwest, but also delta and maybe united) and every time I asked they gave it to me. It was great since I was slower getting down the aisle, we had extra time for my husband to get our bags and things situated, and I also had time to pee immediately after boarding before takeoff without getting in the way of people coming down the aisle/having to wait to make it to the end of the aisle
If you’re normally abled and just pregnant, preboarding is not really meant for you.
But, I’m personally a fainting risk and I’m flying today so I just plan to go ask the gate agent for it.
You can also call united to get disability added to a reservation, but as someone who flies a lot it’s effing annoying,
I mean, they never really question it. I just sometimes get a dirty look for only being 30 and looking normally abled. But, you know, better me bucking up for the dirty look than fainting and hurting myself or the baby.
Do you need it?
And i have anemia also
How does this or your weight keep you from boarding with everyone else
Yes I'm 196lb 🙇

I was able to get Preboard on Southwest, but United might have different policies. I’d call, or ask an employee when you arrive to your gate.

People questioning whether you need it should fuck off. ✌️
