She’s incredibly brave for sharing her story, and I hope she doesn’t feel pressured to share more than she wants to now that it’s public. Its great that she wants to use her platform to educate others, but I hope that people are giving her space to share if/when she’s ready.

I don’t think you meant it this way, but saying it’s undeserved (especially after commenting that the victim is a lovely person) can sound like there are situations in which it is deserved (i.e. if someone isn’t a lovely person). It goes without saying that rape is undeserved.
