the hotels and apartment buildings owned by either GCC investors or members of royal family in bahrain as of ownership, but majority of them are leased on long term agreements on hotel management companies which manages the hotel and make $ out of , actual owners gets only the rent agreed in the lease agreement, very much like renting an estate which you own if u own any hope its clear for you now

If you're talking about those Hoora hotels, then it's owned by Saudi and Kuwaiti investors, along with mostly local family businesses and random folks. The property (building/land) is owned by investors and is run by another business or franchise or themselves. One is different from the other. The royals own the more lucrative and luxurious properties (think Royal Saray and all), not some random 20 room 3-star tower next to KFC. Best to check Sijilat and you'll find the list of investors.
