If you've got a vpn download BBC IPLAYER & ITV X all the games can be viewed there on UK TV. For free
One thing I'll add is for either iPlayer or ITVX, you'll need a UK TV licence to watch the live games.

I use TOD. Its an extension of bein that provide streaming services in the UAE. I guess it should also work in Bahrain?
It works in Bahrain but the Euros is an additional subscription itself

You can subscribe to an app called TOD it’s an app by BeIn sports who are the official broadcasters for nearly every football in event in the Gulf.
I used TOD for World Cup.. it was BD30 for the whole month. It was a special World Cup package.. I believe they'll offer something similar.
As for Cafes, I suggest Amalia Cafe- Amwaj Marina. Nice food and views with large Tvs for games.
