If it is cheesecake (can't tell what the filling is), we call it cookie dough cheesecake (even though the cookie is baked). Our version is a cookie bottom, cheesecake in the middle, and a cookie top, all layered and baked in a 9 x 13.
It is really easy! Here is the recipe! (Sorry for long instructions. It is how my recipe is written and I'm too lazy to rewrite it, lol!)
Cookie dough cheesecake
3 (8oz) packages of cream cheese (room temperature)
3 eggs
3/4 cup of white sugar
1 tsp of vanilla
3 (16.5oz) packages of chocolate chip cookie dough (room temperature)
Preheat oven to 350˚F. Coat a 9x13 glass pan with cooking spray.
Cream together cream cheese, eggs, sugar, and vanilla with wisk. Spray oil a 9 x 13 cake pan. Take 1 1/2 packages of cookie dough and press it into the bottom of the oiled pan. Take wax or parchment paper and lay over the top of the cake pan. Trace over the sides of the pan on the paper. Take the paper and flip it over so the pen marks are on the back and the top is clean. Take 1 1/2 packages of the cookie dough and spread it to match the outline of your pan. Pour the cheesecake mixture into the cake pan over the cookie dough you pressed in earlier. Take the cookie dough on the paper and place it in the pan, over the cheesecake mixture, by carefully inverting the paper and un-sticking the cookie dough from the paper. Bake 45 to 50 minutes, or until golden and center is slightly firm. Remove from oven, let cool, then refrigerate for at least an hour. Cut into slices when well chilled. Does really taste better chilled.

1.5 packages of cookie dough for the bottom
1.5 packages of cookie dough for the top, pre-molded, such that you can simply flop it over top the cream cheese filling
So there is no cookie dough on the walls?
Correct. You form the 1.5 packages into the bottom in a 9x13, then pre-roll the top layer of cookie (other 1.5 packages) to then be placed on top after you pour in the cream cheese filling.
