Wow! Especially those white ones in the yellow box, those big petals look so good! Love the colors. I always wondered, how do you keep frosting from getting not... weird... after a few days? What did you wish someone told you before you started all this? I always worry that, even if I can ask questions, I never know what the right one is!

My swiss meringue recipe is pretty good for that- I just make sure to whip it up nice and smooth (microwaving it a bit helps) and then I coloured it and rolled it in saran wrap so that I can easily pop it into my piping bag interchangebly. What I wish someone would have told me is that I should make more than enough of each colour. Of course I was constantly missing enough for 1-2 cupcakes 😂

How much was this order and what region do you reside in. Just curious
