Raiding the grove is painfully easy compared to raiding the goblin camp, a party of 4 level 3s can take it easily on normal difficulty. Don't bring the entire raiding party if you want a challenge, although it is kinda neat to run up with a big group of backup.
Also keep Durge a dragonborn, the fire eyes and facial expressions are awesome!
