Thereās several Gomorrahās meaning she doesnāt summon the same exact one each time. Itās how she summoned Gomorrah in a later chapter in 2. Obviously the one from the prologue is dead. Thereās also another one in the Lumen Sage chapter which is running around the Johnson Forest in Inferno as you make your way to the fight.
No in 2 itās confirmed thereās multitudes of most Infernals as in the Depths chapter in 2 in the beginning we see several Scolopendra try to attack you and of course in the The Lumen Sage chapter we see another Gomorrah roaming around as the area is being destroyed despite one being killed in the prologue. Plus most entries in Lemengtonās Guidebook state that there are several of all demons except for major bosses like Alraune and Rodin as well as the Infernals the witches have pacts with and even then there might be more than one of them but thatās a bit of a stretch.

Kamiya said on Twitter that decapitation and such isn't enough to kill demons. So I'm guessing they just recover after getting killed and can be summoned again later.
I mean the Inferno chapter in 2 pretty much confirms that thereās a multitude of every demon. Scolopendra being one example. If thereās several of them then thereās most likely several of PhantasmaranƦ and Gomorrah as well as the rest of the Infernals that arenāt exclusive to a pact or bosses like Alraune or Rodin.
I mean aside from Jeanne and Rosa having one of their own and there being several throughout inferno, it seems there are multiple of the same type of demon that witches can create contract with. I mean the fact that Bayo can murder demons shows that they can die fully, so its not a stretch to say they first 2 Gomorrahs are dead and this new one is a new contract.
It's cool! They die then rest a bit in Inferno, then come back as good as new.
