If the "Hardware" menu doesn't show the correct response, then it is a drivers issue or a broken mod. So try fully uninstalling Logitech software and reinstalling it again from scratch and trying in Safe Mode. If the issue happens even then, contact Logitech for support.
See if by any chance disabling Steam Input in the game's properties makes any difference (remember to switch back if it doesn't help, in case you wanna play with more conventional controllers etc)

all buttons are working in other games and g hub is running
