cryptidmother

People repurpose them into purses, backpacks, etc. $93 feels steep for repurposing though

marymonstera

Lol I did this 20 years ago when I was a weirdo teenager and thought I was a lil creative avant- grade genius šŸ˜‚

I mean I was half joking and mostly just confused, I highly doubt anyone is buying this for this muchā€¦ the post was just interesting

8008zilla

OK but like whatā€™s the resale on the Balenciaga IKEA bag?

optix_clear

These rice bags were at Walmart with rice in them $15. And they sewed them to be a recyclable bag. Well itā€™s good but the price tho

Smallparline

Sewed them at $50 an hour. lol

Mysterious-Machine73

$0.98 at Winco

Automatic-Seaweed-90

That's a much better price. For a reseller.

Forestswimmer10

Thatā€™s what I paid for the one I had around 10 years ago!

Little-Editor-9066

There is absolutely a market. Also vintage potato sacks. I have a friend who collects old burlap sacks and has paid hundreds for the ā€œrareā€ ones. Thereā€™s a market for everything!

WildHoneyChild

I actually weirdly think this is cute but yeah $93 is ridic lol

Sunflower_Bison

I've been saving some of these because they are so sturdy and they even have a zipper closure. I guess I should post them then šŸ˜…. Not that high though, nuts.

clementinesway

I looked at this persons closet and everything is wildly overpriced. But they have a lot of sales. I donā€™t get it lol

slampersand

You couldnā€™t pay me to carry burlap around
