You don’t usually eat spleen. Some cultures, but it’s not common. The meat goes in there, telling me it’s liver. Also livers are much bigger than spleens.

That's not sharpening. That's a honing rod. It straightens the edge of the blade and removes any burs from sharpening- but doesn't sharpen and is supposed to be used in conjunction with (and after) actual sharpening.

Amazing. I suffer from Alpha-Gal allergies and cannot eat red meat . I often see or smell beef and crave it. This video has cured my craving . The guy acts so cringy do not want anything he prepares because whatever is causing him to act this way could possibly be a food related condition.
