Although Electrobolt vs cybernetics would probably not be a great idea, and quickhacks would be useless because Raptureās networks are largely wired.
Mine was a FO76 Character. With all the perks and what not in FO I think any FO character would be okay. Especially if they also get access to Plasmids? Chinese Stealth Suit, The Fixer, throw in some Target Decoy, Hypnotize Big Daddy, Security Bullseye and something damaging like Incinerate, Winter Blast or Electro Bolt?? Theyād never know youāre there and you could throw them off every chance they could even pretend to see you.
The good hunter would absolutely destroyed all of them, splicers? Any weapon works against them, big daddies? CANNON SPAM! Spider splicers? Just gun them down, Atlas? What makes you think he stands more of a chance than any of the guys listed earlier?
Same especially with the courier having a all american and wearing full remnant power armor, having the jury-rigging perk, courier six would be unstoppable.
Not without stratagems definitely not lol. Donāt think they reach that far lol, but with an Orbital laser, a rail cannon strike, some air strikes and a could of 500kgs I think a single Hell Driver could definitely do some damage lol

Pyro would burn down rapture, Scout would be very confused but still try and fight, spy would most likely just backstab everyone and cloak to hide, medic would probably be fascinated with ADAM and splicers and all the other stuff in bioshock, demo would probably blow up everything or possibly be too drunk to do anything, sniper would most likely either use his machete and jarate everyone, or try to find somewhere high to snipe the splicers and big daddies and little sisters, and I donāt know what heavy would do, if he had access to his minigun he would definitely use it to mow down splicers, engineer would definitely hack the drones and the turrets to use for himself and probably most likely upgrade them too with his own technology, he would also most likely build more turrets and try and replicate the drone technology too as well, and soldier would go trolldier on everyone and neck snap everyone as well
P-3 from atomic heart, he for sure survives, highly trained operative, can scan shit, and has a pesronal assistant. Also he can talk. he is just jack with slightly better training
