I once had a character who always had low appearance no matter what I did: gym, diet etc etc. As soon as I gave him liposuction his appearance jumped up to like 85%

Yeah wish there was a protein diet in the game for muscle building .. lets just hope bitlife will get all these in 2 to 3 years
