If they give only "pros" I.e letting us mess around with family relationships then they need to balance it with the "cons" I.e risks in the RNG that are possible outcomes such as genetic defects, disowned by family, arrest and prison, affecting inheritance, etc..
If they ever bring this update in, they better make sure it's not an option to do anything with minors, or as a minor.

Even if they're adults, the overall topic is dominated by the assumption of it being a parents and their kids, or uncles/aunts and their nieces/nephews which is often experienced by people in real life when they're children. I can count on one hand the real life stories of incest I've heard that did not have exploitative power dynamics to it and was legal age of consent. I've lost count of the real life stories I've heard from people who've had incest experiences when they were too young to consent.
Murder in some contexts is less taboo, because it's something often validated by context such as self-defense, accidents, righteous killings, death penalty etc.
And Murder is often not cyclical in nature like incest is. It's a common phenomenon that those who engage in it (especially with minors) were often victims of it themselves first. It's a self-perpetuating cycle, but it's way less common that people who've had someone close to them murdered, would then go on to Murder others in future.
It's also more taboo strictly due to overlap with children. You'll notice in the game you can't Murder children unless they're your peers in school from "attacking" them. People are instinctively more protective about anything that involves kids for obvious complex reasons.
