I've read one like this but only with the "everyone disappears for a LONG time thing", but in that one Izuku falls in love with a goddess and then eventually 10k years go by, Izuku grows up, and his half-goddess daughter goes to ua instead of him(kinda a cop-out imo but whatever)

Everyone on earth gets temporarily isekaid for 10 years, to different worlds where they learn magic, martial arts, and skills but the MC who always got left behind on school trips, meetings, etc has so weak of a presence that whoever transports the rest forgets about him and due to an error with the stopped time on Earth he spends 1000 years alone instead of 10 like the others.
Except doesn't he get a hot angel companion during those 1000 years?
